It's a perfect place for personal life's big occasions and business events. I visited Ariel for years for various occasions. Most often, various networking and social events (by Woman Up and International Partners in Mission). A few times the businesses located in the building. I really enjoyed every experience. The building has plenty of character - exposed brick and wood details, twinkling lights, and panoramic views of the city (looks amazing during the day and night). It's very industrial chic. It also has lots of space (68,000 square feet to be exact). It has a rooftop! I mainly visited the fourth floor for social occasions. I also visited the first floor businesses (very spacious suites). I found all to be expansive and capable of fitting many guests. Every event I've visited in this space was capable of housing many vendors and leaving sufficient space for dancing and interaction. Events I've attended keep being hosted in this space making me think it works well and are a pleasant experience. There are multiple elevators available in the building. One of them was not functional during my latest visit, but guests were easily redirected to the other one. This is one of a few event places in the city with spacious parking lot. It's huge, easy to navigate, and attached to the building. I would highly recommend this venue. The industrial CLE vibes, character, and the views are unmatched. It's a modern space yet with so much history!

I had an easy experience with the valet and there's ample free parking. The building is accessible, which is so appreciated amongst the sea of inaccessible venues in Cleveland. The venue has two floors and is surprisingly large. The event itself ran flawlessly with professional staff, a nice layout and a good feeling of comfort in a big space that still felt intimate. Glad I could check this venue out and I'll keep it in mind for future events!

You can tell the team here truly cares about the appearance the upkeep. Unfortunately, during our stay, the AC was broken in the bedrooms. It was an unseasonably hot day and each of the bedrooms was 80+ degrees. The common areas including the location for the ceremony and dinner were properly climate controlled, but sleeping was difficult. Luckily, the outside temperature cooled down enough overnight for us to leave our sliding glass door open for a breeze.

The sign says "per person," but adults were not charged when we visited. Socks are required for anyone playing in the playground, but that wasn't shared in advance, so make sure to bring a pair or you'll need to buy them at the counter for $4. The food options were nice, and I'm including the menu because I couldn't find it anywhere before visiting. I hope they continue serving breakfast all day because it gives families more options. Just note that portions are on the smaller side -- the avocado toast was one small slice for $13, and the kids' pancakes were $8. The entrance is a little tricky. You enter through a back door behind Café Blanc at the back of the white building. There isn't much signage from the street, on the door, or inside. Once you enter, don't go up the stairs -- go in and to the right. Overall, it's a great indoor play spot for kids. My main tips: bring socks, don't come starving, and plan for smaller food portions.

We unfortunately had to cancel our event and requested a few butterfly house passes to use another day since we were out the $600. They said it was not possible. The shower started at 12pm and we were able to get into the room at 11am. We were scrambling to get everything done until the last minute but it all worked out. An hour and a half to set up might have been more ideal but that's okay, we had a lot of people helping. We were able to bring in our own food which was nice. They do no allow alcohol, fyi. Otherwise, I would have done mimosas or "mom-osas" for myself. ;) We also brought in our own linens. The room rental for 4 hours was $200 and that also allowed guests to check out the butterfly house that same day. There were not butterflies since it was January but we did see the parrot and a lot of cool plants. I would highly recommend this space to others. We had around 55 people at the shower and I would say you wouldn't want to have more than 60 guests to fit the space comfortably.
