After being hit by a car, I went to this law firm. These ambulance chasers sent me to get physical…read moretherapy and all sorts of needless procedures like getting an MRI. The whole time I was assured by Carmen Levine that this was going to be paid by the driver's insurance. LIES. Here I am years later and I'm still being hounded by collection agencies. All this place cares about is getting their commission for their service. They did absolutely NO research into my case. I found out my initial hospital bill from being struck by the car could have been covered by the state within 180 days of the accident. This I discovered a year later after going into debt. I'm not a lawyer; I found this by doing a simple internet search. I could have done it sooner myself but I actually listened and trusted her legal advice. IT CAN'T BE ANY CLEARER HOW INCOMPETANT, UNINTERESTED AND UNPROFESSIONAL THIS LAW FIRM IS. The settlement I got has long been consumed by the various medical bills I incurred by listening to Carmen Levine's legal advice. Had she bothered to contact the driver's insurance, she would've known I wasn't going to have any of my bills covered. After incurring all these bills, this place hung me out to dry. If you currently use their services, leave and get another law firm. If it's too late to change, DON'T SIGN any settlement agreement until you confirm your bills have been paid yourself. DON'T TAKE THEIR WORD FOR IT. ALL CARMEN CARES ABOUT IS HER COMMISSION. If you're searching for a law firm, go someplace else but here. This is probably the worst law firm out there.

I had been inured at a very large business and Brian helped me get what I deserved after suffering multiple injuries, ongoing therapies and exacerbations of my injury. I had to pay a lot of hospital bills and other medical expenses out of pocket, which Brian also helped to get compensated for in my case. The case took just about as long as Brian had said it would and in the end we had a great victory! Brian and his assistant Seema were always attentive, easy to contact and always returned my e-mails and calls in a timely manner and even after hours. Luckily the case never had to go to litigation, they settled and again, Brian fought hard for what I deserved and then some! I am extremely satisfied with Brian and RGLZ as my attorney, you will not be disappointed!! Thank you Brian and RGLZ.

So when you come across an incident where you are literally screwed, its hard to seek help that you can trust. Let me just say you can count on Elite Personal Injury. Recently my friend was hit crossing the street in Brooklyn. Apparently the driver didn't see her. So with no health coverage and no benefits on the job, she was unable to make money, get legitimate professional health care, and was emotionally distraught. When I went to visit her she was sitting on her couch with a swollen leg that was the same size from thigh on down looking helpless. Thank goodness for Elite Personal Injury. We gave them a call, after the free consultation with a friendly and professional customer agent, she was educated about her case and what she could possibly be entitled to. I was impressed by how knowledgeable and patient the agent was. It is rare that you get professional assistance with a genuine concern for your well being. Once she was assigned to a personal injury lawyer and confirmed representation my friend spirits were lifted immediately. From the service it was evident that these lawyers specializes in personal injury law and employ the best of the best. They were very consistent with communication and left no grey areas with details pertaining to her case. The best part for me was that they weren't paid until she was paid! I'm glad the case was successful and my friend and finally move forward. I would definitely recommend Elite Personal Injury Law Firm.

I knew very little about toxic mold poisoning or that there was such a thing as a mold attorney…read morewhich is really personal injury, until I had to get a special attorney from Elite Personal Injury Law Firm. I knew that the back, master bedroom of my co-op once smelled strongly of mold, and I could see mold spores on the walls. Ever since I moved in, there was a problem with leakage in the walls. This happened only twice and I cleaned the wall with bleach. The room was one of my favorites and I used to like to relax and watch T.V in there. I never got sick or anything like that but when my Aunt came from Florida to stay with me, I was using the back room as a quest room. I gave no thought to the mold problem we had in the past. My aunt got terribly sick, with what seemed like a very bad cold that wouldn't go away but got worse. She said she was surprised because she usually didn't get colds. I did take her to a doctor who prescribed medications but she remained ill. We went for a second opinion and it turned out she has an allergy and the medication she received did take away her symptoms But. My best friend was the one who told me about how sick toxic mold can make a person and made me read an article about it that she had found in health magazine. I started to worry wondering if, at some point, I could get sick. She suggested I call a lawyer and sat with me as we searched for one and and found Elite Injury Law Firm. I'd always been nervous calling law firms but the representative who took my call was so nice. When I hesitantly explained that I thought my home may have a mold problem she assured me that this actually was in the line of a personal injury case. What I liked about this law firm was their patient in explaining whether or not I could have a case. Usually if a lawyer can't tell you right away if you have a case they start to get curt. The advice I got was easy to understand and I intend to follow it. I think Elite Personal Injury was honest about the advice they gave and there are a few things I can do. to to ease my mind about this situation. This was not a quick call either and I got a chance to speak with a lawyer. They were extremely helpful!
