I never received the cleaning I signed up for and of course the lady dentist found all kinds of issues even though my prior dentist who I'd seen for 20 years helped me to maintain all areas with no big ticket issues. I finally left 2 hours later. Never going back. In fact, I'll pay to see my regular dentist out of pocket! My wife was in the front office and said the front office staff, especially the insurance coordinator, was rude to other workers, and I heard many phone conversations about people whose monthly payments didn't 'go through'. In my experience, this is a very untrustworthy office who seemingly only cares about money. I had teeth extracted here at 20 years old that could have been saved. I was also told I needed FOUR more of my front teeth removed. I've since gone to a new dentist, and the difference is shocking. They actually listened to me, respected my anxiety, and focused on saving my teeth instead of removing them. I just had two fillings done on teeth that Dr. Bradstreet said needed to be extracted. They did NOT need to be removed. I've included a photo: Dr. Bradstreet's work is circled in white, and my new dentist's work is circled in black. I am still extremely upset and angry that I went through extractions that may not have been necessary. You only get one set of adult teeth, and I feel like mine were taken from me too easily. I also felt like my concerns, especially about cost were not taken seriously, which makes me question the treatment decisions that were made. Please get a second opinion before agreeing to any extractions here. It could save your teeth.

Experience dealing with the office was terrible. They refused to take responsibility for their mistake and required me to cover the huge difference in cost, threatening to inflate the cost even more if they had to send it to collection. The office manager was combative, ill informed, and kept changing her story through many confusing communications. Dr. Barrett refused to engage with me directly, hiding behind his admin. I hope in the future they will bring their business practice up to the level of their excellent dental care.

It had fallen off multiple times over the years since he did the work In the beginning it fell off over four times within a few months including Easter day. Finally, it was cemented back and it stayed for the past few years. He eventually refunded me for it stating he "was not happy with how it turned out." I had really liked him so I toughed it out the pain and anxiety far too many times and more than anyone should have. I had even written him a good review in the beginning as he needed more clients. But now it's fallen off once again after a couple of years. Note: My original crown on this same tooth was done by Dr John Williams "Beaverton Family Dental," he's now retired. That first crown lasted 20 years (on the same molar.) First thing this morning when the receptionist called, I felt gaslighted listening to her state my current X-rays showed it was not the same crown and they later Barrett insisted I had another dentist change it! I can't tell you how absolutely insane, rude, disrespectful & finally cruel it all was. The Martha Mitchell Syndrome comes to mind. Barrett wouldn't even see me because if he had, he'd known this was the crown he installed and he would have seen he was dead wrong in insisting otherwise. Good God I'm a low-income senior and do not have the funds or desire after all the suffering I went through to have the crown recast especially once it seemed like the crown would stay on after the many, many times he had to cement it back on. He left me in pain and anxiety. Plus, I paid into his program for cleanings and x-rays this year he said he would send my partial refund? What happened to Do No Harm? If I could give them minus stars I would. Shame on them!!!

We recently had a housefire and needed to meet with a contractor at the same time of as the dental appointment. Unfortunately, the office insisted on charging us a $50 cancellation fee for missing the appointment. There are some things in life which you have no control over such as when contractors will start to repair your house. Some flexibility would've been greatly appreciated! All that said, we will most likely return to Dr Forster as he is a good dentist.

My husband waited for over 30…read moreminutes for the office to open, since there was a sign posted at the door saying the staff would be back at 2:00pm. At about 2:30pm he's let into the building and another client is taken before him. My husband sits in the waiting room and around 3:00pm, they tell my husband they see he had an appointment scheduled but that it wasn't listed on their schedule properly. Seems pretty unprofessional to schedule an appointment, send confirmation and then say they don't actually have one scheduled. What an absolute waste of time.
