I made an appointment and Matt spent over an hour of his own time working with me and adjusting my hearing aides. He scheduled two more appointments to insure they were working correctly. These were done on his own time. This is great service! The friend of mine that originally went in says that the hearing aides he got from Matt changed his life and the service he received from both Matt and his office staff was top notch. The initial call was handled professionally and a quick appointment was offered. On arrival, the reception staff were wonderful, friendly and prompt. Then Brandon quickly resolved all my concerns and explained the alternatives for better hearing. He also took the time to educate myself and my husband about the many variables influencing hearing loss. I've had hearing loss for 25 years and have never encountered a more knowledgeable, professional and skilled audiologist.

I was very thankful and asked what do I owe you for the tube. Should be a $2 tube. We'll, she charged me $45 for an office visit! $35 visit $10 tube. Wtf?! they didn't tell me they were charging me for an office visit or I would have ordered off Amazon and did it myself but needed it today. What has happened to humanity?! Was literally there 3 mins total, never left the reception desk and was charged a visit fee #gulfcoasthearingcenter

I had a morning appointment, and received a call 45 minutes before that time to say the Dr. would…read morenot be able to make it in for another 1.5 hours after my scheduled appt. time. I rearranged my own morning schedule to make it work, then arrived on time, letting the receptionist know that I had just that scheduled 1 hour now that the time had been changed for my hearing test and hearing aid consult, before I had to return to work. I arrived on time, was the Drs first patient of the day and waited in the waiting room for 20 minutes of my 1 hour appointment. I was then taken back and had a thorough in-booth "beep" session, short bone conductivity test, and automated "can you repeat what the voice says" test. I felt as though the testing was good. The Dr. was increasingly friendly/nice and explained things thoroughly as we went along. We were left in a time crunch after the testing, for the hearing aid portion, but the Dr. took me back to her office, and explained in detail the pattern of my hearing loss, and I felt really good about her explaining my findings to me. She then quickly assembled and synced a high quality hearing aid to my audiology findings, explained to me the basic settings, and had me out of there only 10 minutes late for work. Overall, my ONLY complaint was not being taken back upon arrival so that I could have had the full appointment hour (that really was needed) and thus been able to spend more time with the hearing aid consult and not been stressed being late to work as a result. But in the end, I was happy with my consult with her (the Dr.). The consult was free, as was the hearing aid trial. I will be returning to this location.

Christopher took the time to review my past/current history of my hearing loss. Christopher provided an evaluation to include otoscopy, audiometry consisting of air & bone conduction testing. He provided various tone threshold test to generate an audiogram. He conducted background noise test with various words that addressed issues that I have with hearing people in noisy environments. Christopher compared my audiogram with one that he did 5 years ago, even though I did not purchase hearings aids with Miracle-Ear at the time. I am grateful that he maintains historical records of my audiogram that help show the progression of my hearing loss. Christopher explained the current technology that Miracle-Ear provides and addressed all my concern. I have a unique concern where I am not allowed to wear hearing aids with Bluetooth enabled in a frequency restricted work environment. Christopher immediately researched the info on the Miracle-Ear hearing aids that allow the hearing aid to be placed into "Airplane Mode" to disable Bluetooth.
