I don't appreciate the way this business has taken over the prior trash can cleaning company. The first time they came to my home, I had NO heads up that this was a new company coming, which was odd. Then all of a sudden, my regular cleanings stopped, no communication/heads up. Weeks later, I find out the prior company had been bought out. I never heard from the new company for months. All of a sudden, the Nice Cans is sending me texts almost daily about a credit card "issue." It would have been MUCH better customer service to pick up the phone, explain the transition, and ask to keep me as a customer, rather than constantly text me about an issue with a credit card you've never had on file because I never agreed to your services. Due to the poor way business is run, and the lack of effort to politely keep what could have been a loyal customer base, I would NOT recommend this company. read more
