Its unlike any crab I've had before, and I don't think I'd be able to it find anywhere else that even attempts to replicate its taste in Melbourne. Keep in mind this isn't the typical crab flavor you get at a majority of Chinese restaurants-the noodles come in individual bowls, and the funnest part is sucking the spices off the shell.
