Blue Danube!
This pretty bridge spans the Danube, connecting the old town inner city of Linz to the other Urfahr districts. The bridge was completed in 1940, and looks older! It has lit white panels along the side, and looks pretty when reflecting across the Danube and the crazily lit Technology museum at the other end of the bridge. Those white panels hide radar reflectors! Cool!
The bridge has stone walkways that take you down to the river. The bridge offers six wide traffic lanes crossing it, as well as tram tracks for easy transit. Convenient!
There are docks right at the base of the bridge, which make for a quick walk to the inner city. read more
