This is my favorite popcorn place! They have so many great flavors and they even let you sample so many of them while you are there. The latest one that I tried was the Dorado it was so good. It was a mix of white cheddar popcorn, which is nice light and fluffy And salty mixed in with caramel popcorn, which was crunchy and crisp. Definitely a winner in my eyes. I always get the best service while I am there with the kindest sweetest staff. The candy store is always well stocked with so many different kinds of treats. Can I give 6 stars?!?! Because how awesome is this place?!? I never knew I needed a "popcorn bar" but this place has it and now I can't go back! And it's not just popcorn but a candy wonderland! A vibe everyone needs to step into. The popcorn bar is the highlight for me. They have little sample cups and you can go down the line to try amazing flavors like cheddar overload, garlic Parmesan, dill pickle, pizza, cheesecake, bacon and cheddar ... and then you can go to the counter and place your order in a variety of sizes. You'll do more than just nibble here! This place is popcorn and candy heaven! Shoot, you might get cavities just looking thru the window. lol. Incredibly, there are a Bajillion popcorn flavors. I loved the dill pickle, bbq, churro and more. They have some candied flavors behind the front counter as well. Its super addicting and you'll definitely want to come back for more. Take some home for movie night and you'll eat a truckload before you know it. They also do catering if parties are your thing. We were excited to visit Nibblers Popcorn Company in El Dorado Hills--the store is clean, well-organized, and has a great variety of in-house popcorn and candies. My 5-year-old was thrilled picking her treats. Unfortunately, the service was unexpectedly cold and unfriendly. The most disappointing moment occurred near the exit, where a rolled sheet of paper and markers were set up for kids to write messages. As my daughter eagerly prepared to write "Best Store Ever," I gently unrolled a portion of the paper to give her space. A female staff member immediately rushed over and sharply said, "No, no, don't do that," in a tone that felt more like scolding than support. The tone was harsh and when I tried to lighten the mood for my child, the female staff responded with dismissiveness rather than kindness. There were no signs indicating customers should ask for help, and the staff member seemed more concerned about the paper than the child's experience. We came from out of town and had hoped to return--but poor customer interaction left us disappointed. In a store meant to spark joy, a little warmth and thoughtfulness goes a long way. Sadly, that was missing here. Friendly service is essential, especially in a store that caters to children and families. If all I wanted was candy and popcorn, I could find a wider selection online--with far better customer care. Unfortunately, the human interaction at Nibblers didn't match the quality of their products. read more

First of all, my wife is obsessed with popcorn, in reality that is an understatement. We were browsing the stores at Town Center. We see a store with a huge popcorn sign, we go in and bright colors just smack us in the face. Rows and rows of candy. You can see large buckets of colored popcorn in the back, we don't know where to start. We were given a popcorn list and we just started sampling them. I purchased the 'Cornfetti' popcorn, it has mixed sweet flavors. Not a big popcorn fan but this stuff was delicious. My wife bought the 'Nearly Naked" and bought some popcorn kernels to pop. It has been a few hours since we left the store and the "Nearly Naked' has been devoured. The owner and was very friendly helped us with our selections. This place just opened up in the EDH Town Center today (at 10 AM)!! My coworker and I came to visit and we were amazed at how much they have to offer. Nibblers has more than just popcorn! They also have salt water taffy and all different sorts of candies! I usually get my "specialty candy" from Lolli and pops at the Arden fair mall, but I'm excited to say that Nibblers has the same candy (the crispy crunch gummies) and others that I haven't seen before (gummy body parts, jelly filled turtle gummies...you can tell I have a thing for gummies). But of course, we had to come for the popcorn. They have everything from classic popcorn, to savory popcorn, to sour popcorn, to specialty popcorn. When we came they were still not ready with a lot of the flavors, but you can see the people in the back hard at work popping those popcorns! If you're not sure which popcorn you want they also give samples of what they have. Found this listing randomly during some can't-quite-go-to-sleep-yet, late-night Yelp browsing. Was intrigued on the huge library of popcorn flavors here (over 50 flavors!) so decided to check this place out. I asked the very friendly counter lady what the popular flavors are and she said classic caramel, sea salt caramel, and (surprisingly) dill pickle. Not really a fan of caramel popcorn in general so wasn't really interested in trying the caramel flavors out, but I did try the dill pickle flavor. Tasted just like dill pickle chips but in popcorn form! I also decided to try the birthday cake popcorn flavor as well as the Oreo popcorn flavor. The birthday cake flavor tasted like one-note sugary cereal to me, but the Oreo flavor.....man oh man. Think of kettle corn dipped in melted Hershey's cookies 'n' creme.....the sweetness of the Hershey's, the crunch and slight saltiness of the popcorn.....what a dangerous concoction!! It sounds overly sweet, but as someone who doesn't have the biggest sweet tooth I really loved this popcorn (.....let's just say my diet would tank if I lived near this shop). Take caution on hot days though as this popcorn melts very quickly. I had slight worry that the popcorn here would be stale (especially since the popcorn is stored in bulk and I've had stale popcorn from other popcorn shops), but I was pleasantly surprised on how crisp the popcorn still was. The place itself is adorable. It also serves as a candy shop, and I particularly loved the toy train running along the perimeter of the building. If Santa had a candy shop this would be it. Overall lovely visit. I ended up getting Nibbler-sized bags of dill pickle popcorn and Oreo popcorn. Reasonably-priced popcorn based on how much you get. Came here twice now mainly for the popcorn but also to check out the candies. The popcorn is good and the nibbler size is the best way to try the different flavors 4 at a time for 20 bucks. I took one star away cause the first visit we got some candy and popcorn but when we got home and looked at the receipt they charged us for an extra candy bar. But we live 20 miles away and not worth the gas to go back there to get it fixed. Came back a day or so later for some different popcorn flavors and no candy this time. Tons of flavors. 3 Standard flavors (plain, salt or buttered), I think 5 kettle flavored including Churro, and so many sweet (like caramel) flavors to mention. They even have "sour" flavors which were unique. Very cool place. They also have a huge selection of candy, including salt water taffy, licorice, gummies, chocolate, vintage candy, and even oddities like flavored insects (sour cream and onion grasshoppers). They even had those lollipops with worms and scorpions in them. I haven't seen those since the 80's. Throwback. Awesome. Definitely check it out. They let you try as many popcorn flavors as you want. We ended up getting several "nibbler" sized bags. Excited to go back and get some interesting candy. The kids loved the place too. read more

This place is a fun experience! Upon entering, the wonderful smell of fresh popped corn tantalizes the tastebuds, and then the colorful candy displays catch your eyes. Up above, there's a cute train that travels around the perimeter of the ceiling. Half of our party spent time looking at all the different candies, new ones and old time favorites like crunchy peanut butter bars. In addition to different flavored licorice, they have a large variety of chocolate bon bons, and truffles. They also have fruit chews, sour things, jawbreakers, and themed candies (Harry Potter, feel good mood bars, etc). The other half of our party tasted a variety of sweet, savory, and "summer shave ice" flavored popcorn. The popcorn had a nice, fresh crunch, and there's a huge variety of flavors to choose from too! This place is simply amazing. It truly brings the feeling of a kid in a candy store. They basically have everything there and the staff is amazing. Not sure if the woman and kid own it but they were super accommodating. We got there maybe 10 minutes before closing and they were super helpful and I know we stayed there past hours. They let me and my friend sample quiet a few of their popcorn (think they have 60+ flavors). So much candy and cotton candy. I'll be coming back before I head back home. Price isn't too extreme and it's nice supporting a local business. Wish there was something like that in my part of town. read more

And its all premium quality, fresh large fluffy popcorn. I am especially fond of the Chicago blend which consists of caramel and cheddar cheese flavored popcorn which reminds me of buttered theater popcorn. They also boast a very large bulk candy selection as well with all sorts of different candies ranging from sugar plums to salted chocolate caramels. The prices are not cheap but far from out of line.
