Even for a mature, graceless, sort of sedentary type like myself. Coming in at a close second is the trampoline classes (Google Fit and Jump, or look for them on Groupon). Thanks to being protected by the perimeter of your mini trampoline, you and your classmates are safe from my flailing arms and wonky rhythms. You will be amazed at how hard you work while feeling that schoolkid high of JUMPING! Another great full body workout. Both classes are very welcoming - doesn't matter who you are, you can do this. The entire establishment looks as thought they need to hire cleaner to come and do a deep clean. The tv screens are hard to watch your child on as it doesn't show the entire room. For the cost of dance lessons, this is unacceptable. There are 11 students in my daughters class with one teacher. Which wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't a 3-4 year olds.
