We bought a house with a patio awning made by Custome Covers. it was in bad shape. So I called to…read moreorder a replacement, a salesman came out to measure and show us our options. He was really nice. We felt like we were in good hands. Well, spring came and it was time to bring the new awning and set it up. Not happy at all the awning was not remade well. The sides were supposed to have grommets that there are hooks on our siding to hook into. It is so short that they attached the sides with zip ties. That is not how it is supposed to be. My husband watched as they struggled to stretch it accross the rails because it lands short. One panel is so tight and it is not supposed to be. We called and asked the salesman to come out and look at it. He was so rude this time basiclally told us to bad he wasn't going to fix it. It took me a bit to write this because I have a lot of words I wanted to use. They had our original awning....,

In 2003 I bought my complete set of kitchen appliances from SouthTowns Appliance at this location…read moreand they would have gotten 5 starts if I were writing Yelp reviews back then. Today, the parts, service and repair people who were in the back have expanded to the entire facility and are keeping up the tradition of excellence. My 19-year-old dishwasher finally wore out. Me, being "thrifty" aka "cheap" priced a new one at Best Buy, Lowes and Home Depot before heading here. Each of them had a model to fit my requirements (24 inch stainless steel front and tub) on sale. None had the one I wanted on display or in stock. I would have to order and wait. Only Lowes had someone in the store who knew how to find a dishwasher in their system without getting help. The appliance department in Best Buy looks like someone went through and shoved everything into a pile. I saved the best store till last. The dishwasher I wanted was on display in the front of the store. The knowledgeable salesperson knew the price and answered my questions. Within a minute I knew the price here was better than any of the big box prices. I ordered my dishwasher on the spot. It was in stock, delivered, and installed at the date and time promised. Bravo!

Got excessive moisture or a mold issue in you basement?…read more Call Nolan, from Ahold of Mold Environmental. We did. He arrived promptly. He was very courteous and professional. He reviewed our moisture/mold issue. Told us what could be done in our basement, where, why and how. Sent an estimate which was very reasonable. The professional crew arrived as scheduled, reviewed everything they would do and went right to work. All three worked as a team.. They removed affected cupboards, walls and drywall taking them out of the house. Applied anti-microbial agent to the ceiling. Sealed the surface areas with fungicidal/bacterial inhibitor. They were careful with everything they moved and even worked on a couple of corners not noticed before. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. When the job was complete one of the crew showed us what had been done. We are completely satisfied with the job they did and highly recommend them for any moisture/mold remediation you may need to have done. Nolan's knowledge and expertise when you have an issue like this is just what you need for your home and health!

Well I got incredibly lucky when I found Jamal the young business owner of Quick Help Junk Removal. I left a message with what I needed done and a request for a quote and received a response immediately!! I was told about different size trucks they have and based on the size of my garage I was quoted a reasonable price for them to remove and haul away everything in the garage. They were actually available to come later that very day to take care of it for me!! They arrived very promptly and were so polite and helpful. As the truck got full Jamal had different suggestions for options of what would be best to put on the truck and what might be best for another time if I needed. They took everything I asked from loose wood around the walls to old tables that other family members thought we had to save!! And they even swept the floor!! Had I known how easy it would be to hire them I would have done it ages ago. I absolutely plan to hire them again for anything that I need cleaned and removed. In fact they said if I wanted the actual garage taken down and removed they could do that too!! Highly recommend these young men!!
