Did not return any of my 3 messages asking for a call back to get a quote on home, car and life insurance. They don't even appear to have a receptionist but instead have an automated system. Despite having called and called and called and asked for a call back, no such service was provided. Very bad sign for a business to not even return potential clients calls.... read more

Insurance to me means security. I feel 110% secure with my Insurance Agent Patty Alvarez. Patty has been providing me with Triple A 1st class services. She always goes the extra mile to insure all my needs are met. I have a bundle policy so for example when I need verification of my current Renters Insurance Policy, I email or call Patty and receive a reply with immediate Action even that same day! I have many times left a long detailed VM and Patty will take action then follow through with an updated email! Unfortunately I have had to make that horrible call, in a crisis, like my daughter having a near fatal care accident. Truth is oddly my first thought after fear of my daughters safety etc., was " I have to call NHC to Patty ..." I instantly felt relief, knowing she will know all the right steps to take and help me with each and everyone of them. Recently I had a huge debacle with the DMV. I reached out to Patty about a add on driver insurance requirement ( past DUI drama) a SR22 I couldn't get answers on whether or not it was no longer required. Patty literally spent 2 hours plus on hold to get the correct information. That is the 110% first class triple A service I'm talking about! I trust I have the best Insurance Policy for my needs. The level of professional commitment is the highest. The quality of the products NHC provides is as well. I am grateful and appreciative for 20 years plus now! My dear friend Charlie Frank ( RIP ) the managing lease agent at Power Nissan introduced me to Patty and I've never had a reason to be disappointed! Thank you Your in good hands & in the right place if you choose NHC Services. Bests, Heidi Hublou read more

I can't say enough about Julia Burdick at NHC insurance. I bought a classic car and wanted to get insurance for it. Classic car insurance is a little different than regular car insurance. Julia took care of the entire transaction for me while I went to get the car. I did not have to do anything other than get pictures of the car to her. My baby is now insured and if anything happens to it, it's insured enough to cover the cost of a replacement. Thanks Julia for the easy transaction and piece of mind. read more

My wife and I bought a house in a hard-to-insure area and Julia Burdick made it happen. Knowledgeable, communicative, generous, and thorough, she's an all-around great person to work with. This expression of gratitude for the talent, skills, sensitivity and caring of Julia Burdick is long overdue, and comes with great appreciation. For nearly four years, Julia has managed a "third party policy" for me that covers two pieces of fine art. This was a challenging policy to obtain at the onset; my art was located in the home of a friend in Manhattan Beach, California; I reside in Thailand, and the only Underwriter willing to insure was/is based in the UK. I learned that "it wasn't easy to place an inland marine policy for fine arts that is in somebody else's care, custody and control." After nearly 15 years on display in Manhattan Beach, I was asked to relocate my art in a matter of weeks. Eight months remained on my policy. From the beginning, while l sought another location, I was concerned about losing two-thirds of my annually-paid premium. This was a stressful time as I sought out a new location in Southern California from my home in Thailand. Julia told me "not to worry." She sent messages daily to reassure me that "all was well." She offered a calming voice. I highly recommend Julia Burdick and the myriad of insurance services she provides. She is reliable, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and professional; she truly cares about her clients. She perseveres when others say "Impossible." Most importantly, she offered me a level head during one of life's many mini-crises for which I will always be grateful. read more

All of their staff members are caring and take the time to hear your inquires. This particular post is for Leana! She definitely stepped up for us in a huge way, and for me personally. An over site on my part caused our insurance company to want to drop us. Not only did Leana help us at every step, but she offered many words of encouragement along the way. As a result of her hard work, she got our company to "take us back." Thusly, resolving perfectly our dilemma and fixing my personal mistake! I thank her and her colleagues for a fine job! read more

Wow, such a great business. I have all of our 3 cars insured with them. Our agent, Julia, is always so helpful, quick to reply, and is always thinking of ways to save money for is on our policy. I honestly can not think of any reason to ever switch over to another insurance carrier. Even if I were to find slightly lower rates, I would still stick with NHC because of how well they treat me. They indeed know how to create customer loyalty. By the way, I don't think many other insurance companies out there can beat their rates. I won't throw any numbers out there, but I was completely shocked (in a good way) when I found out how cheap it was to add my wife's car and my second car onto the policy. I would 100% recommend this place to my friends and family. read more

I must say for the first time in my life I'm able to afford car insurance .. I'm not a bad driver but my driving record is not immaculate either. Julia Burdick (so happy to say call her my insurance agent) explained everything to me, with me being a new policy holder this was very helpful! If I have questions I call her not a 1-800 number. Affordable insurance was so hard to come by and I almost gave in to that $450 policy and then came Julia ...so again thanks to her and her team! read more
