Did not return any of my 3 messages asking for a call back to get a quote on home, car and life insurance. They don't even appear to have a receptionist but instead have an automated system. Insurance to me means security. I feel 110% secure with my Insurance Agent Patty Alvarez. Patty has been providing me with Triple A 1st class services. She always goes the extra mile to insure all my needs are met. I have a bundle policy so for example when I need verification of my current Renters Insurance Policy, I email or call Patty and receive a reply with immediate Action even that same day! I have many times left a long detailed VM and Patty will take action then follow through with an updated email! Unfortunately I have had to make that horrible call, in a crisis, like my daughter having a near fatal care accident. Truth is oddly my first thought after fear of my daughters safety etc., was " I have to call NHC to Patty ..." I instantly felt relief, knowing she will know all the right steps to take and help me with each and everyone of them. Recently I had a huge debacle with the DMV. I reached out to Patty about a add on driver insurance requirement ( past DUI drama) a SR22 I couldn't get answers on whether or not it was no longer required. Patty literally spent 2 hours plus on hold to get the correct information. That is the 110% first class triple A service I'm talking about! I trust I have the best Insurance Policy for my needs. The level of professional commitment is the highest. The quality of the products NHC provides is as well. I am grateful and appreciative for 20 years plus now! For nearly four years, Julia has managed a "third party policy" for me that covers two pieces of fine art. This was a challenging policy to obtain at the onset; my art was located in the home of a friend in Manhattan Beach, California; I reside in Thailand, and the only Underwriter willing to insure was/is based in the UK. I learned that "it wasn't easy to place an inland marine policy for fine arts that is in somebody else's care, custody and control." After nearly 15 years on display in Manhattan Beach, I was asked to relocate my art in a matter of weeks. Eight months remained on my policy. From the beginning, while l sought another location, I was concerned about losing two-thirds of my annually-paid premium. This was a stressful time as I sought out a new location in Southern California from my home in Thailand. Julia told me "not to worry." She sent messages daily to reassure me that "all was well." Wow, such a great business. I have all of our 3 cars insured with them. Our agent, Julia, is always so helpful, quick to reply, and is always thinking of ways to save money for is on our policy. I honestly can not think of any reason to ever switch over to another insurance carrier. Even if I were to find slightly lower rates, I would still stick with NHC because of how well they treat me. They indeed know how to create customer loyalty. By the way, I don't think many other insurance companies out there can beat their rates. I won't throw any numbers out there, but I was completely shocked (in a good way) when I found out how cheap it was to add my wife's car and my second car onto the policy.
