We just completed a new asphalt roof with this company and then two new garage doors installed, including new motors. Both projects went flawless. Roof crew arrived right on time and worked until almost dusk and then finished the large job the next day and did a nice job cleaning everything up. You could tell this 7 person crew were veterans because they all worked like like a well-oiled machine - no one standing around at all. Foreman spoke good English and went over everything with us throughout the job and double-checked our yard to make sure not a single nail was left. Garaged doors were completed in one day despite the fact that the track for my old doors was mounted to marginal wood which had to be reinforced. You violated the DNC one too many times. My home and my cell phone. George in Marketing believes you must re-register your number every 5 years. George should know that the FTC disagrees. You remain on the list until your number is disconnected or you request to have it made available. Since George feels like he knows the laws better, I filed a complaint with the FTC. Let's see if George is right or my ability to read directly from the FTC website is right. Too bad your employee didn't just say "I'm sorry, I will have you removed from our list immediately " instead of just hanging up on me. read more

Last Summer (2020) I contracted with NH Exteriors to install a metal roof for me. Throughout the process they were excellent to deal with. Upfront information was very detailed and accurate. They were very candid regarding the performance I should expect from their product and more important they explained the limitations. Follow up was always prompt. Prior to installation their tech manager visited to answer any questions. The installation crew was personable, punctual and efficient. The product was installed and adjusted to meet the highest quality standards as promised. It is obvious that their representatives and employees possess pride in their company and in their work. They did an excellent job and I am totally happy with all aspects of the job. I would definitely recommend them. read more

They made it possible (and easier) for me to purchase a front door for my house that is high quality, well insulated, and highly customized. I would give NH Exteriors a 0 star rating based on our experience with salesman Jim D. if I could. He was late to our house. Traffic is unpredictable so it wasn't a huge deal. He was scatter brained: didn't know where he was. Asked us 2 times within a minute what town we were in. He proceeds to go through his BINDER of information in which he read each page to us. He struggled to show the window and how the panes pop out and tilt out. At the end of the show and tell and measuring all the windows and talking about how they do roofing - we were looking for windows NOT roofing - we finally got to the cost. He quoted us $10,000 more than other companies that we had come to give us a quote. Jim was nice until this point. He bad mouthed the other companies saying that their windows were crap. When he first came we told him that we knew some folks that used them. As he was leaving he said that they should have used another company too. He acted alike a child. And was mad when we told him we weren't going to make a decision today and that we were shopping around. We would NOT recommend this company based on our experience with Jim. read more

Where to start. My father had his house sided by this company. Paul did a good job with the siding. They finished the siding about a month ago. My father is still waiting for them to come back and finish the post and rails. He had called 6 times since  the siding was done. No one calls him back. My father called twice today . The women that answer the phone said  that Dan was there and gave him the message Still no call back. I personally talk to Dan when he was here looking at everything. Ordered windows March 30, paid over $3,000 up front, finally installed August 16 and 18. We had this company install over $10,000 worth of windows several years before and the work was good, not so at all this time. Don't expect them early, the workmanship and attitudes were not professional. The window frames were pushed apart, the trim did not match up in some corners, a screen was ripped, windows were left with labels and unclean, dents in flashing, aluminum shards and other debris we had to clean up. When he left the company ran our credit card without permission ( it was old and expired fortunately). When we called to express dissatisfaction, this business was much more interested in getting final payment than ensuring we this $7,000 job done right--the owner actually threatening court ( and we have 3 attorneys in the family). So to cap this, the worker came back,did poor repairs and we paid them off --and had a better contractor redo the work. It's unfortunate as the experience a few years ago was good, now we do not recommend this company for their work or their customer treatment. But there is a better company who will treat you right. read more

Bought $15,000 worth of windows. The installation was put off twice which caused me to take multiple days off work. We were told the work would be done from the outside but that was not the case so the interior was not prepped. On the first day they moved furniture and replaced it to it original position. That was not the case the next day. They install trim around the windows which needs to be painted. I had my husband remove the trim do that I could paint it without ruining the new windows only to discover they didn't bother to install insulation. If he hadn't pulled off the trim we never would've known. Nothing I hate more than paying for something and receiving a half ass job! The service guy came back no problem to fix the problem but that cost another day off of work. In the end going with a NH based company may not have been the best choice. I would not recommend them to anyone read more

Get you employees on the same page or stop wasting people's time! Marketing admitted to having an out of date call list where nothing but the phone number was accurate. After hearing about their services, I agreed to meet since I was in need of exterior work and set a date and time. They called the day before to confirm and stated both my wife and I had to be present. I explained to marketing it was not possible for her to be present during any of the appointment times they offered, but the follow up call said they would come out without both present. Waste of time - apparently they believe people are incapable of making decisions. This is my first negative review, but it should stand as proof individuals in our free society are still capable of making decisions without consulting other decision makers. ps - still looking for some exterior work to be done. If you have a good attitude and can accept my decisions, please give me a ring. read more

I'm not the only one who has complained that they violate the FTC's "Do Not Call" list. I explained to them that my phone was on the DNC list and that it was illegal for them to call without checking the DNC list first. The caller then told me "well, that's really not how it works but I can put you on OUR do not call list". I told her to just take me off their list ENTIRELY. I don't want my phone number on ANY LIST that they are keeping ("do not call" or otherwise). According to the FTC site, they are not supposed to call unless: "you've recently done business with them, or if you've given them written permission to call". I've done neither. Any business that blatantly ignores and violates federal law cannot be trusted in any capacity. read more

These people are the worst. They solicit business by placing robocalls offering a free consultation. 1. The robocall is beyond annoying and placing myself on the do not call list doesn't seem to stop them from contacting me in this manner. 2. NH Exteriors made an appointment with me for an estimate and did not show up or call. The woman who booked the appointment said it was important for both homeowners to be present, so she scheduled the visit for Saturday morning. I called NH Exteriors after waiting around for an hour and spoke to Mark. He provided no comment or apology. read more
