A huge thank you to Eric and Matt for taking the time to help our family. Eric was incredibly helpful with my son, who recently started track and field and is learning shot put and discus. He gave him great advice not only on the right beginner equipment, but also shared helpful tips on building endurance for running long distances. It was great seeing someone take the time to encourage a young athlete who is just getting started. At the same time, Matt was helping both my wife and my son and really dialed in what shoes would work best for them. My wife has been a nurse for many years, spending long hours on her feet, and Matt's experience with customers who work in similar fields really showed. He helped narrow down the right shoe and support options based on real feedback from people who rely on these shoes every day. What impressed us most was how knowledgeable and patient everyone was. They really listened to our concerns about foot pain, sizing, and proper support, and helped us explore options like custom insoles and the right shoe fit. They also carry track and field supplies, which made it easy for us to pick up the right shot put and discus for my son as he begins his journey in the sport. Another thing we appreciated is that they offer discounts for local school track and field athletes as well as professionals like nurses and others who spend long hours on their feet, which shows they truly care about supporting their community. The store itself is also really cool inside -- welcoming, well organized, and clearly built around helping athletes and everyday professionals alike. Highly recommend this place if you're a runner, athlete, healthcare worker, or anyone who spends long hours on their feet and wants expert guidance. We'll definitely be back.

I can't say enough good about this shoe store. I was a…read moreyears-long loyal VIP member of a much larger running shoe store (a chain) and had become incredibly unhappy with their inconsistent analysis of my foot/gait, the staff's disinterest in getting my shoes right, and inability to actually get me a shoe that was exactly what I needed. I discontinued my membership after months of trying all the wrong shoes they suggested for me and feeling frustrated that they were unable to get me the shoe I was asking for. I went to On Track and in my first visit there, had a better understanding of my foot, the different models of the particular shoe I was after, a very in-depth discussion about the differences in the models, and they ordered the EXACT shoe we agreed on, which was the one I had been trying to get for almost 9 months. Matt, the manager, was incredible. Very knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing and personable - he was invested in me and my needs from the start to the finish. After the shoe arrived to the store, I went in for a final fitting and had to bring my 3 and 4 year olds with me. He made space for them to play and explore some of their merchandise without even a hesitation while he and I focused on my shoes. I had my shoes within a week of my first visit, and they are perfect. PLEASE visit this store and experience their top notch knowledge and customer service!!!

Judo/gymnastics area is very well ventilated, the fans do make it difficult to hear but minor trade off. It's so well ventilated that kids don't get hot when they run. I also appreciate how special it is to have this Simi Valley Judo Club. It is one big class, so lots of opportunity for mixed age and mixed gender interactions. Often there are parent and kids enrolled at the same time. The cost is low, and duration is 1.5 hours twice weekly, so it doesn't hit the purse as hard if you need to miss a few lessons or join late. No makeups, which are time consuming for parents anyway. Newcomers can often progress quickly through the ranks due to the 3 hour per week duration (no belt testing and no additional fees). New ranks are awarded by Sensei based on observation of their behavior and their application of techniques at the daily randori. Randori is limited to the last 15 minutes of class, everyone sits and observes as 2 kids are called up to spar. So glad we returned.

Strike 2 - I scheduled a session on the app , we show up and was told by the trainer himself he did not see our reservation and needed to re-schedule. He re-scheduled us through my app and confirmed the session on his end. My son had his 1st session. Strike 3 - Scheduled another session on the app, called the gym the day of the session to confirm, we show up, wait 15 minutes while our trainer is goofing off, I tell the front desk, our trainer comes to us and tell us he did not see our reservation and re-scheduled us again. Strike 4- We now have a 30 minute session scheduled but I added another 30 minutes on the app to equal a 1 hour session to just get it over with as I am now annoyed. My son and I show up, we wait 15-20 minutes for our trainer as he is with another person, he finally comes to greet us and I tell him I added the 30 minutes and he said he cannot due to having another person scheduled then he says he will make it work. He goes off with my son, after 25 minutes my son calls me saying the trainer had to re-schedule the other 30 minutes (i am mad now). We continue to work out for 20 minutes and as we are walking out I see the damn trainer is goofing off at the front desk !!!! No respect for our time. Thank goodness I found EOS gym near by.

It was so late in the season that I didn't have a chance to sign her up anywhere else . Good job I9 sport . You managed to really disappoint my daughter and I'm sure a lot more kids ! I felt that all of their hard work should be recognized so we had a plaque made to say thank you for all the kids and the volunteers that worked so hard. The New president of the league was there in the shack with her son . I asked her what happened to the plaque. She told me she took it down because she did not feel that if you get paid to do a job you should not have a plaque recognizing there or your hard work. . Also it had the word volunteer and they did not volunteer, they got paid. So that is why she took it down . I repeated myself the kids worked so hard to raise the money in the snack shack. She just grinned. I told her she was petty and for a woman that stands behind god, she is a hypocrite. She is not doing a good job. I also want people to know that she claims to be all about the kids. Well those kids worked hard! I want people to know that those kids and the volunteers worked hard and yes there were other people on that plaque that did not get paid myself and my partner . We raised $14,000 that year, which was the most that any one has ever raised in the snack shack. So I am upset that she took something off a brand new refrigerator that was not even 2 yrs old because of her insecurities . Oh they also have a face book page telling you what a great league they are.!!
