Whether you can just do part or if you have to do it all. I'm sure they have different packages. Check them out if you are looking for a place to hold an event. I attended a luncheon here last week, put on my Leadership Oklahoma and featuring several downtown experts talking about new trends in downtown. The owner of the building did a little introduction and talked to us about the room we were in, and how it is newly available to be rented. I think this is such a great idea. The company probably routinely needs a large space for trainings, seminars, and company-wide events and meals. So, the top floor of their building is a big, empty room with A/V capabilities. It has large windows overlooking Bricktown and Downtown, and a big outdoor area that's also available. The floors are polished concrete and the walls are exposed, rough hewn brick, so basically a blank canvas for events, weddings, parties and more. It's such a cool location, and such a nice space. I'm happy to have one more place on my list to suggest to people when it's time.
