My brother, an over the road driver was in town, His truck was in need of repair and this is where he brought it. I drove down to Brandon pick him up while the truck was being worked on so he didn't languish and have nothing to do. It appears that their work is mediocre at best, since he's once more broken down, 70 miles from the border of Alabama, with the exact same issues. read more

I wish I could give them -100000 stars!. My driver had an issue with the gauges in her truck not reading. I called to see when they could see her. I was told, if she brings her truck in the morning, they would see her by 3PM. She got there, in the AM, and was told that they had 11 trucks ahead of her and would not be able to see her until the next day. I called up there and everyone lost their memory. No one could remember talking to me. My fault because I should have gotten a name. Day 2, she got there before they opened and was the first truck there. Ozzy tried to deter her from leaving the truck, he acted like he did not want to help her. I called up there and spoke to him and he was very unwelcoming. Finally, he took the truck and said he would have an answer by noon so the driver waited in the waiting room. Noon came and no answer. I called Ozzy and he stated they were waiting for the parts department to give them a quote and they were at lunch. 1 O'clock came, 2 o'clock came, no call. I called Ozzy again. He advised the same thing. 3 o'clock, 4 o'clock no call from Ozzy. I finally called the parts department and was told that the part I needed was on back order and they told Ozzy that at 11 AM that morning. I got the part number and looked for the part and found it but because I did not order it earlier in the day, I could not get next day air. My driver had to leave AGAIN and wait for 2 additional days because Ozzy chose not to give me the information at 11 that morning. I asked Ozzy to inform me when the part got there. Thank God I get alerts when a package is delivered. I waited 30 minutes for a phone call from Ozzy to let me know the part was there and never received the call. I called and told Ozzy that the part was there and he advised that he was just about to call me, yea right! The truck finally got fixed after 4 days. I do not recommend taking your truck here. Bad experience here !! My truck threw a belt off and we needed to replace the cooling fan and tension and Idler pulley and belt, so I had my truck towed to this dealership because I thought it would be a professional dealership facility and they assured me they had all of the parts in stock. If I was going to spend that kind of money I wanted a certified dealer to do the repairs........BAD IDEA!! I tow the truck there , they did not have the parts in stock after all and they would have to order them they would have them the next day. The next day, I am told..... that the parts did not come in, I was furious so I called the GM, guess what now they do have the parts! I told the GM that I had very time sensitive freight on my trailer and that I needed the truck out as quickly as possible. The repairs began around noon, and at 5:00 the service counter says they are having trouble getting the rust bolts out (5 hours to remove 6 bolts ) they seemed quite amused that I kept calling every 2 hours to check on the progress of my truck and and told my driver that his boss was quite persistent all the while my driver is setting and watching them stand around and do everything but work on my truck, at 6:oo the driver tells me that the box that holds the parts had been moved a few feet closer to the truck but not even out of the box yet. Finally about 6:30 they call me to tell me that the reason the belt broke was because of a broken bolt in a bracket that had not even been addressed until this time. The bracket could not be welded (our shop welds brackets all of the time) and that there were only 7 of the brackets in the united states. At this point the mechanic did use the bracket and put the truck back together but now the computer was down so he could not make a ticket until the next day. So my driver had to spend the night again. This place needs to do some house cleaning, and get rid of the help that can not do a 4 hour job with two mechanics and 10 hours. I feel that they just wanted me to rent a truck to make more money from us and keep my truck in the shop. Also wanted to mention that just because my truck was a 2007 does not mean it is not working on which is the feeling that I was getting from the service tech on the day shift, a lot of people have older trucks and keep them up and make a good living with them. I feel that the GM did try to keep this repair going smoothly but his help in the shop need to have some training on completing a job and not wasting time all day and relying on the night shift to complete the repairs that they should have already had completed. My recommendation to you is if you are up for being put in the waiting line for eternity and made fun of for calling to check on your truck, this is the place to go, if you will be highly satisfied, and for me, I will never darken their door again, there are several other choices for repairs near by. read more

The worst place to bring your truck to, you could bring it in to change a bulb and it would take them a week to complete or, it would be complete but they would forget to let you know it was finished, or they would misplace it and not start the work till a week later. read more
