Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. Contracted with Next Move Movers through U-haul. I had to call / email six times to get a response to schedule the move. I reserved a day/time a month in advance. The DAY OF the move, I received a text saying "We're not coming." When I asked for an explanation, I was told that gas prices were too expensive (it's a 60 mile trip).
