I've never asked them to fix anything that they didn't jump on my request right away. They are honest in their dealings with tenants, and make everything easy for smooth move-in's. The Totowa Manor is a beautiful building - inside and out. Neighbors are pleasant and it is a warm, safe, and friendly environment. The 5,000 sq ft gym is beautiful, clean, and well kept. They were kind enough to take my parents around to various units, explained the lease, and allowed them to take their time as they sent me videos to help me pick an apartment. Once I settled on a unit, I was so overjoyed to see it in person. My apartment is beautiful, well maintained, and more than I could have asked for. I did have one issue with the bar in my closet, but maintenance came quickly and not only resolved it, but was also very kind and funny. All in all I'm so happy I picked to rent from this company.
