They sell up to a ladies size 24, and as the sizes are fairly true to fit that makes it a good alternative to Evans and the other fat shops for everyday basic clothing.

It isn't the largest store and it really does have the jumble sale look, especially upstairs in the homewares section. It's a shame as TK Maxx are by far my favourite UK retailer - apart from the poor aspects of this store they generally sell absolutely brilliant goods at excellent prices. They have a poor returns policy, so make sure you keep your receipt, and you must return items withing 14 days. Oh yeah, take a bag with you too or it'll be 6p!

She SCREAMED at my little ( 8 year old ) sister for 'standing too close' to the makeup counters ( making her cry and now she won't go back ). I then watched her SNATCH a nail varnish off a woman stating that 'YOU CANNOT OPEN THAT'. She literally hadn't opened it. I then have been again since and she shouted at myself for picking up a Blusher ( I didn't open it ), she then forced me to give it to her before she put it in a basket and walked off with it. It just really makes me not want to go back at all and it was my favourite local shop. She's just awful and entitled and terrifies me to be honest. Let's the entire team down.

These are definitely overpriced, but when they've knocked the obligatory 50% and 20% blue cross discount on top then they're not bad at all.

I went into Primark in Doncaster today for the first time, and I got loads of bargains! I didn't…read morelook anywhere except the kids section but there were great deals to be had if you want to stock up for next summer. There were loads of kids tshirts reduced to £1 and I got a pair of boys combats reduced to 50p. As usual though, just like in every other shop there was tons of girls clothes but very little for baby boys in the sale so I was a little disappointed. The downstairs cash desk isn't very well designed, and it was a bit of a buggy battle as there's a large pillar just in front of one of the tills, and both myself and the next customer had babies with us, which totally gridlocked the area. Only a minor fault, but it was a bit annoying. I was there for ages because the cashier couldn't get the price right on 3 rolls of wrapping paper that were reduced to 25p - whatever she did it kept charging £1 each, so I had to wait for a supervisor. When I finally got back into the lift I checked my receipt and discovered I had been charged twice for something - only £2.50 but £2.50 is £2.50!!! I had to go up to the top floor (waiting on two cycles of the lift because it was busy) and wait at customer services to get a refund. Grrrr! The lady there was very apologetic but it was just annoying to have to do this - the 10 mins delay meant I had to pay an extra quid-odds for car parking so I was not a happy panda. The customer service was excellent and the prices were fab although you do get what you pay for and the quality isn't fantastic, but kids grow out of stuff so fast that it doesn't really matter. It's worth a visit if you're shopping on a budget - it is a massive store.
