I hired this company to install new roofs on 3 properties that I was renovating for sale. He did…read morean average job but was happy to show up for the 3 cash paid jobs. He then worked on my neighbor's house and sprayed paint on the roof of my garage cause approximately $2500 damage to replace or repair the shingles. This estimate came directly from him. He scheduled to come and fix it 2 times but never showed, when I called him he told me he was having cash flow problems and would come as soon as he could. He never showed or answered any phone calls and 3 years later he hasn't repaired the damage he caused my house even though I was a client that had paid him close to $40 for new roofs. He is unethical, unreliable, and not trustworthy. He does not honor his guarantees or his word. A dishonest person and company.

Fineline homes undertook a build in a home in High Point, by the golf course. We live in the…read moreneighborhood and saw what a horrendous job they did for our neighbors. These poor people contracted for a 3 bedroom home with one balcony, 1 deck and a place to park for 3 cars. Fineline completely screwed up the job. They built a 2 bedroom home. The public posting also shows 2 bedroom. The balcony was so stupidly built that the sides are touching raw wood. The roof looks like it was chipped off. There was no house wrap. I do not know what is wrong with the roof, but something does not look right. The posts were standing in filth and mud and the nails were broken and coming out of the supporting posts. There is no gravel. We have heard that this company overcharged by what looks like more than $100,000. The Davidson county tax record shows 60% complete. It is only worth less than $125,000, but we have heard they paid very much more than this. We have seen trucks and cars coming and going and a small girl going day after day building the home by herself. We also found out they are severely harassing her and she is in court. The whole neighborhood is aware of the extreme abuse this poor girl has suffered. I do not know anything about building however it is obvious this home is very very dangerous. I have never seen anything so horrible in my life! What these builders have done to these neighbors is cruel and inhumane and we have heard that this poor girl is now being sued. We could never recommend anything so horrible! Let us hope someone fixes this and helps this family.
