Two days before travel, they send a reminder. Drivers are courteous, friendly, and punctual (yes!). And of course, they're safe drivers. On this trip, Chris picked us up from JFK. When you're a solo female traveler and don't have a trusted friend or family member to give you a ride to the airport early in the morning or late at night, Uber, Lyft and local sketchy taxi companies in Westchester are not great options. I found Elite a few years back by the recommendation of a neighbor and they have been my go to for airport service ever since. I pay a few bucks more, but I know when I schedule a pick up at 5:00 am on a weekday, a very courteous driver in a clean, spacious SUV is picking me up on time and getting me to JFK or Newark without any anxiety or fear for my safety. I recently suggested Elite to a friend and she also had the same experience. Highly recommend.
