This YMCA likes to pick and choose who they dress code. They are extremely inconsistent with policy standards, and pick on certain people to enforce them on based on your body type and if you have tattoos or not. My friend and I have had issues with them "dress coding " us even though other women are wearing the same thing as us but don't get talked to. Employees really need to stop nitpicking certain members and let us just enjoy our work out. On top of that, everything seems to be "at the employees discretion" because they don't enforce the policy of people being on their phones on equipment for 30+ minutes. It also always smells by the smith machine/ leg press area. If the employees are going to enforce policies, they need to do it for EVERYONE, not just a select few. We will be switching gyms if we keep getting harassed. read more
