The A1 owner told me that his product will work better and will keep the stairs high. That's a lie. They didn't last for 2 years. They did the driveway concrete in front of my garage that cracked where they did it. They did raise 2 slabs around my pool that ruined the esthetic view of my pool. They raised it more than they were supposed to that my pool is not even and the water is not straight and horizontal. Same day I told them but they refused to admit that the employee raised it more than he should and they tried to convince me that it wasn't leveled from before. If it wasn't leveled, you could barely see the difference but after they did it, it's a major problem to me. It looks odd. This review is for the people who want to do the work with this company and the owner who tried to sell us and after put an employee to tell me that the pool was like that which is not true. I See good reviews about when they first do the job but wait little over a year, and then write a review. I am not happy with their job and I really want my money back!!!

Due to the nature of the business there is no showroom, Matt will come to you…read more The work this company does is fantastic. We met with Matt and explained what we wanted. After listening and asking some questions, he made several suggestions on style and placement which were great and incorporated into the project. His estimate arrived by email the next day and was in the range we expected but lower than others Weather delayed the start of the project but when it was started this group worked quickly. Set up on day 1 and concrete work on day 2. Matt and his crew worked like a well oiled machine. During the pour and finishing Matt made several suggestions on changes that we accepted and they made our project even better. When they finished the work area was cleaned up and the trash bagged up. At the end, even though there some changes made, his project estimate was the complete charge. We've had concrete work done before and this is by far the best! Anchor Concrete is fast, fair, honest and efficient. Choose them for your next job. You won't be disappointed.

Monday of the 3rd week of June, I spoke with Jeff and he assured me that he would be out the following morning to complete the work. I spent the evening completely clearing everything off of my patio. A sunny Tuesday came and went and Jeff was a no show. Over the next several days, I called, emailed, and texted Jeff and the company scheduling contacts with no response from anyone. Memorial Day event came and went with my unwashed patio. 2 days after Memorial Day with more follow up texts, still no response! I finally booked another company, and notified Jeff and the Scheduling contact. Surprise, surprise...they replied within an hour. DO NOT RELY on this company. They were the lowest estimate....obviously for a reason.

We signed the contract knowing that the job scheduling would be unpredictable since this situation is dependant on weather On the date the work was done, we received a notification call about 30 minutes before arrival. 3 men arrived and immediately got to work. It took about an hour for the job to be completed. All of the refuse from the job was picked up, leaving no evidence that they were ever on site. The gentlemen were professional and very friendly. Before starting they explained exactly what they were going to do. My only problem was the 30 minute notice. A little more time would have been better but it doesn't impact the job.
