WATCH OUT FOR THE WOLF My husband and I enjoy the Newport Flea Market every Saturday! We love the environment (minus the smoking) and the great finds! Better than Poor mans flea Market im Washington. Unlike Poormans I feel like there are less clothes booths, more USA made tools, better organization & more historical/vintage/classic America items. So like every clockwork Saturday comes, we walk inside the building and see a woman raffling off some Yeti cups. (Now next week she could be giving away rifles, gift cards or whatever) Everyone's pretty genuine/transparent at this flea market! (Most people we've met just want to sell their Stuff and have a good time) So when we signed up for the "free raffle" she said both of y'all should do it to "increase your chances." While filling out the raffle I noticed it asked if we were home owners or just renters ... weird. What age group were in. Not even a week later my husband got a call from those pesky water testing people (door to door sales) he set up an appointment. We watched her test the sink, the brita filter & the a water bottle. Everything came up red which means BAD!!! Oh no, so the hard water I've been having all my life is actually going to kill me! You're saying I should spend $9,482.00 dollars so you can put a filter in my yard and a pump in my house. Then pay $88.00 PER HOUR to install it!!! Wow ... wow! Moral of the story, NOTHING IS FREE, raffle is a ploy to get you to sign up for something else that you don't want! They waisted 40 min of our lives. BEWARE THE WOLF in sheep's clothing! (Btw once she left she was like let me go to my car and get the gift card to thank you for your time, she left and never came back.) read more

I will put together flea market is the only nice thing I can say about this place. Outside of a few good vendors like the man who sells wonderful baked goods, most of this place seems to be 3d printed garbage, and Temu drop shipped trash. There's a few good folk who sell here, but you have to travel far through the whole place to find those few. Know that anything that looks new, any t-shirts, etc are all going to be Temu trash. The bakers, and a one man to sell some of the good stuff are the few honest people I've seen there. Also the wonderful man with the oxygen tank at the front is one of the few reasons I go so often. He is such a kind and wonderfully welcoming man. read more

One of the worst flea markets I have ever been at. Place was dirty, dusty and grimy. Most items were simply trash. Prices were way too high. Vendors act like circling vultures getting ready to attack roadkill. Pictures on website are not in touch with reality....as majority of the place is empty. Place is on life support. read more

We like to check it out every month or so just to see what we can find. Have found vintage toys from the 70s & 80s. My daughter likes to look through the books. This place is so big I'm not sure why more people don't set up here on the weekends read more

Lots of venders and something for everyone. The concrete benches with military logos are awesome. More tables should have prices. I get tired of asking constantly how much something is. read more

Slightly dissapointed. Coming from Cali I thought this would be more busy, we arrived at 830 and there were not many shops and spaces open. By the time we walked through the full mall we saw about 5-6 spaces just opening up. This was 930!! Didn't find much at all. Not sure if I'd bother again. read more

Labelled as eastern north carolinas largest flea market, it does have a lot of space, just that much of that space was empty. There were still many vendors inside and some outside. Most antiquities and yard sale type items were outside. Inside there was a few cool vendors, one was selling vintage nintendo items. Never been a fan of cheap foreign made trinkets and perfumes en masse, but there were a few. Prices are hit or miss, some inflated, some reasonable, but you may be able to haggle here. Small snack place with restrooms. Open on sat-sun only, year-round. Other events here go on, like the tractor pull. read more

What a load of crap. This is a flea market of the lowest standard. We expected some antiques, or something. This entire thing is junk the trash man wouldn't pick up. AVOID! I wouldn't give it any stars but I don't think it will take it. read more

BEWARE!!!! If you carry your dog on a lease the owner has his dog which is not on a lease. His dog attacked my dog and my wife today while everyone stood around and watched. What a joke!!!! We were frequent visitors but we will NEVER return again. read more

I've made the trip here a few times to hunt some used vinyl from two vendors there - both very pleasant and good prices. There's also a vendor who sells some nicely priced decorative garden stepping stones and benches. Scattered in between are clothing vendors, Avon rep, used books, used dvd/vhs, knic-knacs, etc. Building is not heated - so bundle up in the winter and dress light in the summer! Both indoor and outdoor vendors. There is a refreshment stand and bathrooms on premises. Parking area can be a little rutty in spots. read more

Tons of vendors inside and out! You'll come across a bunch of unique treasures! Anything from antique to vintage, clothes and toys, glassware, coins, homemade goods and so much more.. It's a place where you can spend several hours or even the whole day! There is something for everyone, prices are ideal! Definitely would recommend checking it out! read more

Go here about once a year to see if it's changed. Always disappointed. The vendors mostly have ridiculous prices and mostly the same items from week to week because no one will buy at their ridiculous inflated price. Worse than the vendors can be the people that shop there. The last time time I tried to take my family a fight broke out and people were cussing everywhere. Cops had to be called. If you must go, most of the good stuff is outside anyways. read more
