I had to go to another mechanic three days after getting it back for them to tell me that the previous people who worked on my car hadn't touched what was actually wrong with it. I dropped my car off for an estimate after waiting WEEKS to get scheduled and they had it ALL day…read moreand didn't even move my vehicle. All because a part for another vehicle came in and was the wrong part. I'm not sure how this correlated to my car not being serviced on my SCHEDULED date but it hasn't been and now I have to secure yet another ride from someone in order to drop this car off at the butt crack of dawn before getting a ride to and from work, 30 minutes away.
