Professionalism, attention to detail - it's all there in the install. But what really set them apart for us was their service. We had a couple issues with equipment failing (lightning strikes). Service slowly deteriorated to the point that…read morethey wouldn't return calls or text messages, and when they did, they were always too busy to schedule new work. In Fall of 2023, they didn't send offer to winterize the irrigation system, and when I did it myself, I noticed that the back flow device had a crack in it. Fortunately, the crack only leaked as you were turning the water on and off, but it only could have happened in winter 2022, which the last time they did winterize the system and damages to the back flow device would have been fixed by them. Perhaps that's why they never returned my calls in summer of 2023. Definitely would not recommend them.
