Before the last cut, I cut the lawn myself so his crew could cut it shorter. They came and I inspected after they left and it looked like they didn't cut at all. I called and spoke to the owner. Instead of being a good business owner. He told me that because he was getting so busy he needed to cut back and the two week cuts are the first to be cut. He acted delusional telling me I had called to many times. I fired him and the very next day had a new company for less money. I do not recommend. Don't have a card on file with this company. They charge for items you didn't approve.

The last message I received from them was 12/11/24 and that I was on the schedule for the following day, they didnt show up. I responded asking them what happened and never heard back until 4 months later I received a invoice for $390. When I called they told me it was past due for November although the most recent invoices from the app showed paid, when they sent me the invoice it was $260 for October. Never got an answer where $390 came from, never got an answer as to why they didnt just call me or have the crew tell me I had a balance, they literally just stopped showing up and sent me a invoice 4 months later. In response- Spencer I have messages from 3 numbers from you guys 5201, 6475 and your automated 5781. None of which state I missed a payment. And yes I used my work phone to call you this last time. Good luck you guys.
