I called and he was like "yeah, we're busy, standard Monday morning stuff, can we come at 10?" No, you made an appointment with me to bid on a job, didn't show up or call. As the project progressed, so did changes and modifications. He seemed eager and more than willing to accept the changes. Time went on, money flowed but the work diminished drastically. He didn't 100% complete any singular task. The most recent draw accompanied zero additional work completed. He received that draw and ended up on a vacation that "went a little over," so he couldn't show up until the following week. We voiced concerns numerous times which he would defend with threatening language and responses. After realizing that he was not going to meet the timeline with the diminishing days on site, we had a meeting where he walked off the project.
