Newcastle library is well stocked with modern and clean books and resources. This library has a dedicated children's corner which is useful as it allows the childern to be contained in one area and often the librarian will read to the children in this area. The staff are usually helpful and polite and will often help find a book or resource. The computers in the library are often over subscribed therefore booking in advance is recommended. Parking is a nightmare in this area and i would recommend that you park further down the main street and then walk up to the library as the library itself has only 7 parking spaces. read more
