Was scheduled late a lot during treatment. the dr says when he wants to see you back for your…read moretreatment plan but then the front desk is unable to schedule you in time. communication wasn't good with the dr during treatment. didn't know why it was taking so much longer than he ever mentioned. when I asked if things were wrong he didn't have a good answer and said he's "not worried about it" then he all the sudden tells me that he thinks I need surgery to fix whatever the heck happened bc didn't need surgery before his treatment. told dr Shannon a diagnosis of mine that does impact my treatment and he forgot what it even was. he asked if I'm the patient that is moving. also the dr didn't check my mouth every time I went. one of the ladies was supposed to put attachments on me but he failed to. I wore my clear aligned as I was supposed to. the dr saw me next & said it must've fallen off. shrug of the shoulder no big deal sorta thing it seemed to him. My insurance changed and I was referred to Dental Depot on Hefner, who knew the choo choo train dentist did adults? My Dentist is Dr. Rand Alzubi and she is amazing. Pain - Dr Alzubi has a team of specialized nurses who just do the humming, I've had 3 different ones. All awesome. Gentle - No pain, and Dr Alzubi genuinely cares if she's hurting you. Responsive - I've had 4 separate issues and Dr Alzubi cleared schedules and saw me immediately each time. Professional - There were 2 situations where I knew there was a cheap route and a route where the dentist made more money. Dr. Alzubi never hesitated to give the cheaper option, knowing my finances are tight. I'm super happy and will never go anywhere else.

The Dentist at Pragma said she couldn't clean my teeth yet, or do the whitening until I was seen at Ortho Arts that I may need Invisalign. So I went, and the Orthodontist who saw me along with his assistant, came off as two used car salesman. I was told I was a great candidate and that it would cost over $6,000.00 and my insurance didn't cover it. I could do a payment plan but of course they had a convenience fee of $300.00. I told my boss who sent me to her dentist and he stated, there was no medical reason why I needed my teeth aligned. I would have had more respect if they were up front and said it wasn't necessary. I'm glad I wasn't succored into it, the only good thing was that I found a great dentist and one that I trust.

My daughter had braces and that process went well - she even got them off in less time than many of her friends who went other places. My favorite thing about this place is that they respect your time. We have never sat in the waiting room for long before being called back for a cleaning, procedure, etc. This is a great place to take your kids!
