It's sad to feel regret looking at something that is supposed to make me feel love and happiness. Its been 5 years since I had my original engagement ring, upgraded it with their program since my husband couldn't choose the diamond he wanted originally (that's a whole different problem), had it remade TWICE because quality was awful, and I had my wedding band for less than 1.5 years until I had to replace it with a similar band from a different jeweler because TWO diamonds fell out and the band cracked TWICE. A diamond in the newest engagement ring on the band SHATTERED. How does a diamond, shatter?? When I took it into the jeweler I had my new wedding band made I asked them to look at that specific diamond because to me it looked off... they were hopeful that is was just dirt, but they came back and notified me that it was indeed shattered and they replaced it with a new diamond. Long term - quality is absolute crap. Customer service is cold. If we could go back in time, we would save ourselves the money, the time, and the heartache. ***After reading previous reviews from posting: agreed with the note to look at how they respond to complaints. It was purchased for Pride 2023, but the clasp needed some love. The were wonderful. They oohed and aaahed for a moment which made me feel good, then they took straight to the back and fixed It. They brought it back and said "yep, it was loose." I asked how much and they said no charge. I was wowed. This amazing shop fixed my bracelet, that I didn't even buy from them for free..
