On Dec.18th, 2024 I purchased Visa gift cards from this store in the amount of $600. The manager Tammy sold them to me. I checked my bank to make certain the funds came out and they did. On Dec. 19th per Tammy, she found out the funds had not been loaded onto the cards. It is now February and I am still trying to retrieve my money. BUYERS BEWARE! Do NOT purchase Visa gift cards from this store, they do not know what they are doing. I wonder what Visa would say if they knew the EZMart in Newaygo was selling fraudulent gift cards? I'm from out of town & stopped here to grab some gas & snacks for the rest of our drive. The store was clean & had a decent variety of things. Eric at the front counter checked me out & he was beyond friendly! Great customer service, super polite, great attitude & just made my experience really pleasant.
