The entry is flush with the floor so I needed to pry it open and it is quite heavy so I struggle with it for a few minutes I stated that I shouldn't be lifting or pulling on this because it was hurting my back and stomach all she had to say was well we will need to reschedule then if you can't get it open. So I had my 10 year old daughter come help and after about 10 more minutes of trying to lift and pull the heavy cover off she had the nerve to ask me to take the pictures for her. She even went as far as to tell me I was taking the wrong orientation of the pictures and how to correctly take what she needed and to make sure I reached down under with the flash on to make sure I got the inside of the crawlspace as well at different angles. I understand that they may not be allowed to open any access so they do not damage anything I am unsure if this is a policy or not , but to have the nerve to ask me to take the pictures after I had been down on my hands and knees bearing down on my back and stomach for 10 mins taking breaks to try and open it and she offered no type of assistance or asked if I was okay nothing.... I found her very unprofessional and lazy , not to mention a complete lack compassion or concern for the amount of pain it was causing me to try and open the entry. I've left a review here and have also reported her to Quicken Loans as well because last time I checked it wasn't my job to take pictures for her as that is hers to do and what she gets paid for.
