The staff is not professionally trained either. The phones never get answered and when they do, it's always rudeness and alot of laughter in the background. They don't take patients seriously. You are just a paycheck to them. Very sad given they are the largest practice in our region. Go out of town if you want good care. I wouldn't recommend by worst enemy here.

I was given me multiple options and great suggestions. I ended up going with dyeing my hair a darker color to try to mask the red. She spent a lot of time taking tiny sections so that the color would be even and perfect. It turned out beautiful - my hair feels healthier and the color is gorgeous. She also gave me samples of some of their product so I can decide if I want to purchase. The facility is beautiful and everyone I spoke with was very welcoming. The price was very good, especially considering all the work that went into my hair. I will definitely be going back to Beauty Bar for any of my hair care needs!
