She made giving a discount sound like such a good deal but as she was styling she asked if she could flat iron my hair a little bit I told her yes. Then while she was ringing me $$ up $$ she said she has to charge extra for using the flat iron she did not tell me that would cost extra I have never been charged for a FLAT IRON FEE on top of styling fees? All she did after the cut was style it straight down and my hair is only as short as my shoulders. Terrible thing to do to anyone. I cannot believe I tipped her on top of extra add-on fees. I ended up paying just as much as I would have in a normal salon.
