Went and ate pizza about 6-8 times while i was in visiting and always had a simple Margarita pizza. I also tried their tuna salad which was great aswell. Figured since I'm saying this was one of the best pizza's in the world I should explain. I feel with pizza it's pretty simply dough, sauce, and cheese and when I ate this pizza all of it was great. The flavor of the sauce had a great rich taste. Cheese was both thick and stringy like you see in TV commercials, but unlike a great advertisement this sucker was real! I especially liked that they would pour EVOO on top of it when they put the pie in their oven. Finally I like pizza's that have been referred to as NY style crust thin but not cracker like. The Mushroom had mushrooms and melted cheese with bun (really good bread used for the bun). Both burgers were cooked medium (slightly pink in the middle). Bacon was crispy, quality bacon. We ordered a side of fries and they were good as well. Quality beers on tap (clean tap lines). Fast, friendly service. Our waitress spoke enough English to help with our terrible Italian. We will return!

Not only were the beers very good, they gave us a plate of the best, most butter-like, green olives. They were seriously green; amazing snack! The pizza was very good; but not without some observations. The sauce is perfect; what you would imagine if they put it in a food museum. Exact amount of seasoning, basil, fresh tomato taste with a hint of sweet. It was also plentiful; making it almost soupy, but in a good way. The crust was very thin; perfect wood-fired char at the edges, but had to be folded to hold the toppings at the centre. It tasted incredible, but was a bit awkward to nosh on. The toppings were the other star of the dish. The margarita pizza (about $5 CDN), was all about the sauce with a garnish of basil and fresh mozzarella. It was simple, yet had complex flavors; a perfect 'clean' pizza and my favourite. The second pizza we had was Capicolla (or something like that); had cheese, olives, ham and mushrooms.
