Great service, dry cleaning and prices. We have been going there for about 5 years and have always been satisfied with everything.

Close to the apartment, evening hours work for me. Always pleasant! Pants taken in, cuffs let down, suit dry cleaning. No complaints.

I wouldn't normally leave a review, but this is my favorite place to do laundry for well over a…read moredecade now. The owner, Marc is a very pleasant person, he works hard to keep the place clean and the machines well maintained, he opens at 5 AM and they're open seven days a week. Plus, there is always someone there to help with any given situation. Some people don't know the first thing about how to do laundry, so don't believe every bad review that disgruntled mean people might leave. The large (triple) front loaders wring the clothes out to the point they're almost dry, that alone saves me a lot of money, I don't have to do multiple loads and spend hours in the dryers. I've never had a problem with the machines, or the service. The woman who works days is quiet, diligent and hard working, if you have a question, just ask. If you don't want to feel like you're being treated rudely, stop being rude. People who work in service positions aren't your personal servants, they do their best to give good customer service and they don't appreciate being abused or looked down on. As far as people coming at night, they have a cut off time for the last washer loads, so don't leave your laundry unattended at closing time. How would they know when and if you're coming back? They shouldn't have to stay late just for you, especially when you don't take their time seriously when you casually come back to fluff and fold whenever you feel like it. Bottom line, I highly recommend Crystal Laundromat, and their staff. Customers need to learn how to be nice.

Here today! I needed…read morea dry cleaners and Yelp recommended Winn Street Laundry, it was within 2 miles of my hotel so perfect. Winn Street Laundry does their laundry on premise but they send their dry cleaning out. I'm not use to their prices, they have a minimum weight and Jezzzzus, their prices was astronomical! I asked how much and gasps behind me for asking and the lady at the counter "This is Boston" look and their awards let me know YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHES DONE RIGHT, SCREW THE PRICES. $7 freakin dollars for a single shirt? It was either my ego that agreed, determined to look Winn Street Laundry starched down and pressed or didn't wanna look cheap and couldn't afford their services. I said out loud "Good grief, I pay $2.79 in Houston for a man buttoned down laundry, heavy starched shirt". I felt the evil eyes trying to climb my Psalm 91 hedges of protection because one of the two tunnels here was closed due to construction and the traffic put commuter's at least 30 minutes behind and in traffic. These Bostonians need to fire up a joint which is legal here and CHILL OUT:)))) Anywho, my dry cleaning was superb and the heavy starch I requested cut my neck and was ready before time. My shirt collars was white so I had not a one complaint for my HARD earned mula. I received a text when my clothes were ready along with a reminder of the price, I like that. I learned a valuable lesson from Winn; order some white polo's from Amazon, buy Spray n Wash along with spray starch and save that money for 2 16 inch bundles of human hair:))) Here today! There tomorrow!

The drop off laundry service is amazing! Remember to bring tip money. She did a great job.read more

We needed the Mega washing machines and this place had 3 that washed 60 pounds each. A definite perk was the price. It was $6.25 a load. At another place that we checked out first, it was $8.25 a load. Not that they were available. An employee had the big washers tied up doing laundry for people who did the drop-off option. Anyway, the laundromat was a fairly large area with lots of machines, plenty of the rolling baskets, ample seating, a couple of tables & stools, a children's area, change machine, detergent vending machine, and beverage vending machine. Music played and they had wifi (I didn't use it so not sure how well it worked.) They even had books for kids and magazines for adults. Cleanliness was about average for this type of business. My suggestion, however, would be to wash the bathroom floor. Visually, It looked clean enough but it was so sticky, I nearly stepped out of my slip-on shoes. Overall, I would not hesitate to go back. Maybe without stopping for coffee first.

The maintenance of the machines are very well serviced by the attendant but are you sure about the…read morecleanliness?take a look at the floor and tell me when was the last time it was sanitized . If you happen to drop your laundry on the floor you will not be happy

Even when there are other people, pretty much everyone puts their stuff in and leaves. The place is clean and stocked well with magazines. There is also a TV (and importantly, the remote!) if that's your cup of tea. I do have to say that I was once locked out of the laundromat when I brought one load of laundry to my car while the second finished drying. They had programmed their automatic locks incorrectly and the doors locked an hour early. It was very frustrating that there is no correct phone number for this business and I (and several other customers) had to leave without my laundry and come back first thing in the morning when the doors unlocked again. I left a complaint card next time I went in and someone called me back and apologized a few days later. The prices are a little high ($3.25 for a regular washer), but I like that I can usually do all of my laundry in under an hour in the huge washers ($5.75) and commercial dryers (25 cents/ 2 minutes). Moral of the story, the machines work and I don't have to spend all night here. That's what keeps me coming back for more.... well, that and the allure of fresh sheets.

I've been to a couple of laundromats and this one is definitely the worst so far. The waiting area…read moreis unappealing and unpleasant. The mirrors are dirty, the walls look like it's ongoing renovation here. There are just 7 washing machines and in some of them there is a green gunk in the doors. It might seem unimportant but there are dust clusters in the door locks. You definitely can find a better place for your laundry.
