As we were preparing to sell our property we left hiring a window cleaning right up to the last…read morepossible moment. We used Bark and Yell to find a company that could do the job, out of 8 potential companies Prudential were only 1 out of the 2 that came back to us.
We chose Prudential as we felt safer in the knowledge of using a family run business who've been in the business for a considerable amount of time and from 1st/2nd inspection seem to have been very successful at it.
Ged was easy to work with and provide quotes and responses in a very speedy manner. Our cleaner arrived promptlt, we arranged an 8AM start with less then 18 hours of prior notice and we were thoroughly impressed with the service we was provided. And if I had woken up earlier he would have started earlier! I hazard a guess the windows haven't been this clean even when we moved in 12 years prior.
The service was exceptional, the cleaner was prompt, courteous and we were able to leave him to get on with it which is always a bonus.
As a business owner, I know it's easy to get stuckup on price and in some instances it's easy to get caught on price alone. I would argue your paying for the work, the level of commitment to continued work, the ability to be able to go back to someone if things don't go right first time (thankfully we did not need to.) and the fact that there is a businesses reputation at stake on the other side.
