The guys at New Wave Systems are great. Two years ago My MacBook Pro board failed when I was visiting Geelong to run a workshop. I tried Apple and they suggested I go to a local dealer in Geelong. They offered me a 2 day turn around. I then found New Wave in Geelong on the newt and 3 hours later they had migrated my files onto a mac they loaned to me whilst they worked on my Mac Book Pro.
