They were very helpful helping make the right choice. The carpet has been great, in fact we've had two at separate times. We could have had it fitted, but we decided to do it ourselvees. Many choices of remnants. read more

Tal Goed is my favourite Nusery in the area, it competes with the much bigger Snowdonia Nurseries…read morewhich is just down the road but in my opinion it doesnt compare to Tal Goed. I always stock up on bedding plants here in the Summer, they have a great selection of healthy plants, or ready made pots and baskets to bring lots of colour to your garden. The prices are much cheaper than the bigger stores and I think the plants are better cared for here. The staff are friendly and really helpful if you need advice on which plants would grow best in your garden. A tradional Nursery / Garden Centre with lots to offer every kind of gardener or plant lover.

The owner and his lovely team of staff do everything they possibly can to help. Deliveries can be organised and advice sought when needed. We are currently setting up a small holding and needed lots of advice about trees for the area we have just moved to, which is luckily just sup the road from the nursery, and we have been helped magnificently. That it has a lovely café for coffee and cream scones is simply the icing on the cake :-)

I still like many of the paintings, the black crow (pottery) - and the big rings. My partner bought a ring here in December last year. It was a birthday present for his mother. When she put the ring on, the stone came off. She wanted to change the ring - or to have it repaired by the people in the Spectrum. The unfriendly woman working in the shop on that day said she should put super glue on the ring herself. Not very good service really. I am disappointed now - even though I still like many of the items there.

A few months ago I popped in to ask about getting digital television, and was told Freeview would be fine in my area, which according to me neighbours that have tried just isn't true.
