Very unprofessional. Easily agitated and confrontational. Disregard for safety in the community.

From beginning to end she was professional, knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth process. Bridgett Hooks We…read moretruly could not have asked for a better real estate agent. From day one, she has been incredibly on top of everything and made this entire process feel calm and stress-free and never pressured us on anything. She would show us 3+ houses and always backed off after to give us time to think it over not like most who would pressure you into buying a home. That alone made her different from the rest. Also, she is extremely responsive--she either answers our calls right away or returned them in a few minutes. No question ever went unanswered, and she always made sure we felt informed and confident every step of the way. What also stood out is she respected every decision we made. Even when she didn't necessarily think something was the best move, she still supported us and followed through on what we wanted. The moment we showed interest in a home, she jumped into action immediately. She consistently secured private showings quickly, even if it meant fitting us in between her other clients. She is efficient, fast, honest, and truly committed to her clients. We never once felt like we were waiting on her or competing with her schedule--this is clearly her priority, and it shows.
