Vincent was my wedding videographer on April 2022. I would 1000000% NOT recommend him. Why? Because he took my money and ran. I've sent him countless e-mails and he's only replied to less than half of them. If you want an unprofessional videographer who will take your money, then ghost you after, he's your man. When he does decide to reply, he is just filled with excuses. He did send me some raw footage of my ceremony, cake cutting, first dance, and bouquet toss... but only after I kept bothering him. I still haven't gotten my highlight video (6+ months) or the partial refund he promised me 3+ months ago. I don't even have footage of my first look. And honestly, it means nothing to me, and not worth nearly $1000. They are just recordings from a camera stand. I could've done that for free with a tripod and iPhone. Take a look at his last e-mail, my last e-mail, and a copy of his ridiculous contract. It only covers his own ass, not the customer's. And he can't even abide by his own rule of providing the video in 6 weeks. It is now going on 6+ months. It is devastating. If you have been affected by this scam artist and need help or can help, please send me an e-mail here: winsome_reputed0z@icloud.com I am getting a team together to bring us justice. read more

www.newromantixlv.com A beautiful and elegant, yet simple and creative wedding. New Romantix is a professional wedding team consisting of a talented Wedding Planner/Legal Officiant, Jazmin Toma, and her super creative partner in talent, Vincent Landin, a professional Photo/Videographer. New Romantix made our day so special and they also created this classy wedding highlight video with such romance and style! Jazmin and Vincent went out of their way to make sure the videos they created for our wedding were exactly what we wanted. They were more than happy to do all the edits we requested. Honestly, they went way above and beyond our expectations. Even under the very unusual windy weather conditions, they created the impossible with this clear crisp work of art. Our marriage took place in the beautiful Juno Gardens of Caesars Palace, it actually felt like we were in Italy! New Romantix arranged everything from the ceremony to the cupcakes and champagne, the bouquet with matching boutonniére, my hair and make-up, and our romantic photography and creative videography. Their work is amazing and we are truly blessed to have found them! Thank you Vincent & Jazmin of New Romantix, for making our wedding day so special with memories that will last a lifetime. To start this off I would like to thank Jazmin and Vincent for their help and support in materializing everything that we envisioned our wedding to be. I wish I could marry my wife again every weekend just to relive these moments over and over again. We found New Romantix via Glitter and Grace where we noticed they hosted pop-up weddings at a local brewery. At this point we had already picked a ceremony location and had decided that we wanted to do the reception at home to keep the vibe more relaxed and non-traditional. We were overwhelmed trying to plan things ourselves, to say the least. We went to check out the brewery venue (Bad Beat in Henderson, worth a visit) and figured since we were having a relatively small wedding (60 people) we could still host the reception in our home. We reached out to Jazmin and Vincent to see if they would be willing to come check out our space at home and see if they could set up the same type of fun, easy going non-traditional type of reception for us...they said yes, delivered superbly on their commitment, and the rest is history! Jazmin officiated our ceremony (beautifully, by the way). Vincent took all of our engagement and wedding photos and even worked with the non-stop rain on our wedding day. We have some amazing photos out in the rain that are some of our favorites from that day. They coordinated everything at our reception within our budget and I can happily say that we, and all of our guests, had an amazing time. Jazmin and Vincent are wonderful people who will help make YOUR perfect wedding a reality. They were awesome and easy to work with and we'd do it again if we could! read more

what a bad service!! looked nice and professional at the beginning but that was just a cover to close the wedding. really unprofessional. wouldn't recommend him at all!! read more

I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience with this company. Vince shot my wedding and I specifically sought him out to shoot my vow renewal as well. He took all the time I needed to get the perfect photo, offered his expertise and allowed for my ideas to flow through as well. It was an awesome experience and we had a great time during the process. He can immediately put a nervous bride and groom at ease. Great experience, I'd give 10 stars if I could! New Romantix all day long! read more

Jazmin and Vincent made our wedding vow renewal the most amazing experience. Jazmin wrote and officiated the sweetest and most wonderful ceremony for us. Our photos came back fantastic, catching our best moments so we can relive them again and again. We had the ceremony recorded, sadly I forget the videographers name, but it is really quite wonderful. If you and your partner are tying the knot for the first time or reaffirming your love for each other my husband and I couldn't recommend New Romantix more. read more

Vincent took our money and didn't not send any footage. Vincent has ignored every email text and wats app I've sent begging for our wedding video to be sent through. Scam artist has done this to loads of couples stay clear read more

We got married last night, and could not have asked for a better experience. Jazmin's vows were spot on and struck the perfect balance between levity and gravity. We saw a couple of the photos Vince took, and they look beautiful. We asked for a more photojournalistic approach, and Vince was running around taking shots of everything. Not only were they professional, they were friendly and helpful beyond simply officiating and photography. They even made sure we ate something. I would highly recommend using them for your wedding--you can tell they genuinely love love and care about the people they are working with. UPDATE: Just got the photos back today and they are seriously beautiful. These two exceeded our expectations in every way. read more

I stumbled upon New Romantix on Instagram, and knew immediately that I would absolutely need them to be there for my 10 year vow renewal celebration. I did not know the location yet, but it didn't matter; I saw Vincent's photos and saw Jazmin's style and passion flowing into what she does, and I knew they'd be an important part of my day. Jazmin personalizes your special day. She adds personal touches so that it is really meaningful. Vince takes amazing photographs. Both are so friendly, helpful and easygoing that from the moment you first meet, it feels like you've known them forever. A combination of that makes what they do perfect for them, and for you. Communication was constant and in a timely manner. Our vow renewal went perfectly and I could not have had a better experience! read more

Vincent with New Romantix is awesome. I literally cannot say enough great things about him. He is extremely professional and at the same time makes the bride and groom feel like a priority. He shot and did the videography and photography of my wedding this past weekend and he was so fun to work with, He provides comedic relief when he can tell things are stressful. He makes the posing for pictures easy cause he is quick to get his shot. His attention to detail is amazing. His team is also fun which makes it for a relaxed natural environment. I am so glad we worked with him. If you are looking for a photographer for your special day...he is the BEST! read more

Jazmin and Vince are nothing short of amazing! I had my wedding on Oct. 20th, 2016. Jazmin took the time to meet with me weeks before my wedding to help me finalize details and make sure my day ran smoothly. During our meeting she paid very close attention to detail and took notes. Her calm demeanor and "I got this" attitude is what eased my mind and made me feel better about the wedding planning process. On the day of my wedding Jazmin and Vince did an amazing job of coordinating our ceremony and making it stress free and fun! I would highly recommend this dynamic duo! -Brianna and Javier Hernandez read more

I wish I could give New Romantix more than 5 stars! They did an awesome job with my friends' wedding last October. Not only did they help coordinate and customize the ceremony to the bride & groom's specific interests, but they also made an incredibly touching and beautiful video of the whole thing, right down to the filming & editing. Plus, they're a really sweet crew. Very professional and personable. I'd recommend their services to anyone! read more

Got married 10.18.17 and if we renewal our vow we'd definitely be going with New Romantix.

Never had I ever imagined a better xpwrience. The rev. IS ANAZING! SHE doesn't rush you through. The whole experience is unlike any other in the industry. If you want memorable time to be in love and share an unforgettable time with your friends and family this is it. The videographer used to work for Getty images and the quality is parallel to what you see in vogue wedding etc. The time and love put into each ceremony is paramount. We can't say enough about how happy we are with our wedding! I don't know how people do the regular weddings, because for us, having a pop-up wedding is already a bit hectic! Before the ceremony, we both were stressed, and we thought alright, at least Jasmin and Vincent can help us get things back on track. Using their company was a pleasant surprise, it was more that perfect!!! It was lovely and spontaneous, exactly how my husband and I wanted it to be and more! Jazmin and Vincent are a perfect team. They made every moment of our wedding sooooo emotional, yet enjoyable. Even one of our friends (who's a very adventurous person and gets bored easily with long weddings) said that the wedding was surprisingly fun and loved it. Vincent got us the pictures and videos quickly, and Jasmin was available to help with everything from clothing to marriage legality questions. Thank you so much again, Jazmin and Vincent. We really did have our perfect wedding with you guys. read more

The New Romantix team are amazing!! I couldn't have asked for anyone better to do our wedding and pictures. They're so great with communication, they made our day as easy as possible and our wedding pictures are amazing!! The turn around time for the pics were fast as well! They're such down to earth people which makes it so easy to work with them and everything felt so comfortable with them. I was an indecisive bride with no real vision for my ceremony, but knew I wanted to elope in Vegas, not have Elvis present and to get some stellar photos. I reached out to Vincent after stumbling across his stunning photos on social media. He dedicated so much time before the wedding into helping me decide on where to go, what to do, and walked me through suggestions for our small elopement ceremony. Day of, we were late and they took the time to talk to our lost limo driver and spent extra time (past when we had booked them) to make sure we got all of our photos we wanted. Jazmin wrote a very sweet and personalized ceremony for us, and she and Vincent worked seamlessly around the slight disruptions in our ceremony (which was due to our family live stream not the location etc). Vincent has sent over some preview photos already, ONE DAY after our ceremony. I know I am biased, but they are breathtaking! All in all, our day was a bit chaotic but every step of the way Vincent and Jazmin were calm, friendly, and unflappable- making it easy to enjoy our day and not focus on the minor details. I truly feel we could not have made a better choice. Thank you both so much! read more

We couldn't have asked for more! They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was a hit! No one knew it was a pop-up wedding! Even with all the little things that could have gone wrong (on my husbands and I part) they made sure to take care of all the little issues and make the day go by seamlessly. Jazmin made the ceremony beautiful and personal for us and our guests. Vincent is a beautiful photographer and was very understanding and patient with our slightly intoxicated crew! New Romantix lv asked for feedback through the whole process to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. You couldn't find a better company even if you had all the money in the world. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Vincent for my Vegas wedding in 2013. I did not have the luxury of meeting my photographer prior to my wedding, but that's the chance that I took having a destination wedding. In any case, that risk turned into reward when Vincent showed up to shoot my wedding. He was fun, easy to work with, and shot some amazing photos. I couldn't have been happier having him as our photographer and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for another photoshop while we're in Vegas for our anniversary. read more

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect! I wouldn't wish for anything to be any different! Vincent and Jazmin are such professionals and so good at what they do! My wedding would not have been the same without them. They were great at communicating while we decided how the ceremony would go, and we received lots of compliments on the ceremony afterward. They were a great help on the big day at keeping us organized and transitioning from one part of the wedding to the next. The videos that Vincent created for us are perfect and I rewatch them often because they put me in a great mood. I am forever grateful for the great service they provided my husband and I. read more

We're Canadian and had come across New Romantix on Facebook while looking for someone to help us out with our elopement to Las Vegas and we could not be happier that we chose them! Vince and Jazmine couldn't have been more perfect for the officiating and photography as they had both previously worked at our chosen venue (Caesars Palace; although I'm sure they are perfect for any venue you could choose!) Vince knew the area well and took some of the most amazing pictures we have ever seen! Our friends and family can't get over what a great job he did! Thanks, Vince! Jasmin was very helpful to my wife prior to the wedding and helped her out with every question or concern she had on her mind. We were going back and forth between New Romantix and another couple that did pop up weddings as well, but Jasmin was the most helpful by far so they easily won us over! Thanks again for the amazing time, you two. You truly did make our special day even better than we had anticipated! Roy and Kailey L. read more

The New Romantix are a super fun, laid back, professional bunch that were really flexible and eager to make my visions come alive. I asked them to do a photoshoot offsite at the Dry Lake Bed (gorgeous!) where we brought props including a rug, three outfit changes, and our pug and they were like...no problem. I asked them to interview every single one of the guests at our rehearsal dinner and they were like...no problem. I asked them to then compile those interviews into a video I could show the next day to our guests and they were like...no problem. I asked them to do our wedding day photos off site at two locations and they were like...no problem and we can drive you! I asked them to make the wedding video similar to this other video I found online and not like the normal wedding videos and they were like...thats a cool video, no problem. I asked them to help us file the officiant paperwork because my best friend who officiated is flying out the next morning and they were like...no problem. It was like having good friends with the best attitudes who happen to create gorgeous photography. And I did not have to compromise on quality, finding someone with experience, the style, or my budget to get photos we will cherish forever. Our wedding planner told us that the photos are the only physical thing you will have after the wedding so make a wise choice and Im glad we chose New Romantix. read more

I cannot say enough about our experience with New Romantix. Although they only handled the photography aspect of our wedding, we are extremely satisfied. Vincent was incredibly responsive and helpful with ideas prior to the wedding. On the day of he was great -- very nice and easy to work with. We have four kids between us and he was very patient with the chaos and even turned the chaos into photo opps. He delivered the photos quickly -- in just two days after our ceremony and THEY ARE GORGEOUS. Very glad we chose New Romantix (and wish we also had them handle the actual ceremony). read more

If you are considering eloping to Vegas DO IT! Our families are on opposite sides of the world so for us it was a good option. New Romantix what can I say other than you two are amazing at what you do! From the first point of contact with Jazmin she made it such an easy stress free process. Jazmin answered my MANY questions promptly & gave us heaps of ideas & options of what we could do. In the end we opted to get wed on our balcony at sunset overlooking the lights of the strip. I got my hair & makeup done at Atomic Lounge & we also hired their caddy which the lovely Jen chauffeured for us. We got the dress & tux from Bridal Elegance, they have some beautiful designer gowns & provided a great service. We didn't know what to expect of the ceremony, we answered a short questionnaire about how we met, what we like to do, etc so it could be personalised. I was blown away with the beautiful words Jazmin put together. She was brilliant. We opted to have the ceremony recorded which I am so glad we did, at least we have that to share with our close friends & family. We also opted for the extra hours photography. The video & photographs were wonderful, Vincent is great at what he does. I cannot rave & praise New Romantix enough for creating such a memorable & fun experience for us. Trust me, this duo are the bomb! Thank you Jazmin & Vincent you are truly fabulous at what you do. Your unique service is worth every cent & more! read more
