Review is regarding Chanel only…read more Came to Chanel because I needed someone to remove and install some microlink extensions. I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOO happy I came to Chanel. My hair turned out amazing. The last girl I used to go to would pull out my extensions and it was painful. When Chanel was doing the removal I didn't feel anything at all. She was also very careful during the removal so it wouldn't damage my real hair. She also installed about 300 I-tip extensions for me. She did a amazing job. I've had the extensions on now for a month and they have held on strong. I used to have a lot of fall out, but my extensions have held on great and I'm sure will last me for another couple of months. Chanel is super friendly and very professional. Hair cut is even included when you get extensions. SCORE!!! Love this chick. If you have a chance to have her do your hair...do it. She's amazing.

I was vacillating about whether or not to spend the money on hiring a professional makeup artist…read moreand hair stylist for my son's wedding. (My son's wedding date was July 28th at Tre Posti St Helena.) I asked my soon-to-be daughter-in-law if I could pay to use services of her professionals, after the bridesmaids were all set. She said that there simply wouldn't be enough time, as the artists & stylists were also assisting her mother, aunts, grandmothers, etc. Stephanie however gave me a great piece of advice "You will only be a MOG (Mother of the Groom) once, so you won't regret it if you hire someone to look your best!" I began searching Yelp for the St Helena area, and after reading the positive reviews of Victoria Wallet, I sent her an email. She responded immediately and suggested that I set up an appointment for a trial session. Unfortunately, I simply did not have the time to do this as I was leaving to attend my nephews wedding in Tuscany, and then hosting relatives from all over the world coming for my son's wedding. We emailed back & forth about the price, date & time of the wedding, location of my hotel etc. I also emailed her photos of myself. We then set up a date & time for us to chat on the phone. She asked what hairstyle I wanted, and I said, " I want an up do chignon that is classy, but I have baby fine hair." Victoria told me to go on Amazon and purchase "ponytail hair extensions". I was so pleased because the hair extensions were the same color as my hair! The day of the event, I was nervous in my hotel room. But Victoria was on time and quickly put me at ease. She assessed the lighting in my hotel room, laid her tools out on the bed and table and set to work! Victoria has incredible talent and an awesome personality. The hair extensions looked so natural - see the photos I posted! Also, I've never had airbrushing before and I really like how it covered and smoothed out my skin without feeling like the makeup was caked on giving a flawless, natural-looking appearance! I also wore false eyelashes for the first time and they looked fabulous! I loved my hair and it stayed up all night. My makeup held up the entire night with the heat and dancing. Victoria's professionalism and personality made the day of the wedding that much enjoyable.

Linh took the time to understand my preferences and the look I wanted, while also making sure everyone in my wedding party felt comfortable and happy with their looks. The makeup felt natural, the products worked really well with my skin, and my lashes were comfortable throughout the entire day. Everything stayed in place beautifully, even through a long wedding day filled with photos, dancing, and plenty of moving around. I was especially happy with how well my curls held up. My hair is naturally very straight and tends to lose its curl quickly, so I was really happy to see that my curls stayed intact throughout the entire wedding day. Even after hours of photos, dancing, and being on the move, my hair still looked great! The touch-up kit was also extremely helpful. Right before the ceremony, I needed a quick touch-up around my eye area, and having everything I needed on hand made it so easy to freshen up before walking down the aisle. Communication and professionalism were also great from the planning process through the wedding day. Linh was responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with, which made the entire experience feel stress-free. The morning of the wedding was organized, and the team did a great job keeping everything on schedule while still making the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup and felt confident and beautiful throughout the entire day.
