I was treated with kindness and respect from the jump. Staff were all warm, welcoming, friendly and informative, made me feel safe and took great care of me while I did my intake paperwork there in the office. I was assigned to the Ebenezer house, which was super nice and in a great neighborhood. My housemoms were absolute angels and we bonded straight away. Everyone was amazing and I honestly felt as "at home" as possible, which is such an insane thing to say about a rehab! I was in PHP (partial hospitalization) for 30 days and then moved to IOP (intensive outpatient) which lasted 90. PHP classes were 9am-3pm, every day except Sunday. IOP was from 9am-12pm, except Saturday and Sunday. In IOP they helped and encouraged us to get a job, so that's what I did. Me and a bunch of other girls started work at a factory that was super flexible with scheduling so if I had to miss for whatever reason, no big deal. I was able to start slow and pace myself which I really liked. Eventually I was comfortable working more and I started saving so I could support myself after my time at Evolve was up. Once I graduated the program, I was offered a spot at their Graduate House (sober living) which was such an honor for me to even be considered, and I of course said yes! After staying there and working for a little over 7mo's, I was actually able to get my own place with my husband and move out which was the biggest deal to me ever. Never in a billion years did I ever think I'd be able to stand on my own two feet, let alone get clean and sober, but there I was. Evolve helped me get my life together. I won't say they helped me get my life back however, because I had no life; they helped me start a new one. A life I could be proud of. A life I thought I'd never live long enough to even have... I've overdosed and died so, so, so many times, I legitimately shouldn't be alive today, but here I am... guess my God ain't finished with me just yet. In closing, everyone at Evolve always went above and beyond for me. They only want to help and give back. They will absolutely fight for and go to bat for you, as long as you're willing to do the same for yourself. I'm truly just so very appreciative of Evolve and everyone involved with it. I have not one negative thing to say about my experience. It's just a good, solid program if you really want to get help. p.s. I'll be celebrating 3yrs clean from IV drugs December 1st thanks to all my time at Evolve (and God of course) and I'm currently going on 5mo's sober from alcohol thanks to Cornerstone of Recovery and Recovery Unplugged's virtual IOP program, (and of course God again) both absolute wonderful programs that I 100% recommend, and I pray to never look back. Sending good vibes, prayers, hope, love and light to anyone out there struggling, so sick and tired of being so sick and tired. Keep me where the light is.

One of the two biggest awhh factors about Evolve is the fact that since their renovations they are…read morenow fully furnished apartments. Giving you a sense of self-worth and what it feels like to live on your own, being responsible for your own cleanliness groceries and up keep. This gives you a strong sense of what you've been missing in addition and what's to gain with sobriety. Cassidy a house mom, "counselor" at evolve was my first house Mom. " Best house Mom I had and definitely most involved" prior to my first go around with them. Sadly I relapsed and was told I had to leave the program but not until Chasity who didn't have to went out of her way to get me back into rehab. Chasity still works with evolve works with Evolve works with Evolve and knows that I struggle with depression she makes a constant effort to check on me and my mental state. That goes without saying thank you Chasity for being a good employee and a better counselor and friend. Maddie is the director I want to take time to recognize you thank you for helping me find an aftercare program as she knows it's very difficult for me to focus make it making it a challenging for me to focus on setting up aftercare. Thank you. What initially started this review was that. I did have a sweatshirt that was stolen for me. I don't know who took it and I didn't ask. But being an addiction to my family didn't trust me very much they gave me the sweatshirt to wear home. I really didn't know what to tell them when I told them I couldn't find it. My mother was pretty upset it was my brother's hoodie. But more than that just stealing people's things when they don't have anything and haven't had anything you were supposed to be making bonds and trusting each other and building new lives really irritating me. An employee Michelle went out of her way to find it for me. I've had a few other things come up missing and have mentioned it to some of the counselors and did not at all get the same response. It pretty much got blew off. So thank you. Also thank you, to Michelle or whichever employee notice that I have been isolating I stay in my bed a lot because I stay very depressed and she went out of her way to ask me if there was anything she could do to help me get out of my depression. To be honest I really didn't think anyone noticed or cared. So that really made me feel like someone noticed me and cared and thank you for that too. Staff is pretty amazing for the most part the apartments are Plus. You just have to remember to come out of your room and fellowship some because other than that it's easy to isolate. But if you don't like being around a lot of people and you like your own space and privacy is the perfect place.

I actually had to walk one through the steps of treating a sprained and possibly broken ankle because he was clueless. He actually was asking step by step because he didn't know what to do. This is the caliber of Dr they hire. I recommend any patients of Dr Bidya watch your records closely. From my own experience and from talking with others, he has a history of falsifying records and interfering with care from other Drs, especially choice Drs. He isn't my Dr anymore and he still interferes with my neurologist, blocking her from getting test results and changing prescriptions and the clinic refuses to do anything. I've been fighting them for 5 years to see an ortho specialist for my knees (service connected) and they have refused because I complained about Dr abuse I witnessed. Now I'm in an endless loop where they get ordered by Congressman Duncan's office to give me the referral, then it gets lost and they have to get ordered to do it again. I could write a book on all of the abuses I've witnessed and been subject to due to my trying to expose it. In short, the people who run this clinic should be prosecuted.

Another different test to do? Disability paperwork filled out) This man made everything so difficult for me that I would have panic attacks and not be able to open his secure message responses to questions I asked for days. Because the answer was always "no" or him doubting me or making this process of trying to get something complicated diagnosed even harder by making me argue for every single thing. Like filling out short term disability paperwork when I was going on FMLA leave. Everything was already hard and he made it harder. The most recent time, when I called to ask their office manager what to do when the doctor can't help, I got a certified letter from Dr French firing me. Dr French wants to do the basic work and then go home and not think about his job or his patients. I kind of think he wants to not think about his patients when they're in the room too. He can play like he listens and play a good doctor, but when it really matters, he'll let you down every single time.

I have not needed my primary Dr. Jackson in close to 3 summers while here, although have seen several orthopedic Doctors, GI and cardiologist. I returned to the area for the summer and soon became quite ill. I called Dr Jackson's office to get in to see her for what I thought might be bought of Acute Diverticulitis. The woman that answered the phone said that since I had not seen Dr. Jackson in close to 3 yrs. I was no longer her patient and would need to be seen as a new patient! The woman said she would talk to Dr. Jackson and call right back. About 4 hrs. later we called again and a different woman answered and in describing the earlier call she also said she would talk with the Dr. and call right back. Meanwhile, I was in terrible pain for that whole period. I never did get a call back and still have not 1 week later. I went to the ER in Lenoir City and was diagnosed with Acute Diverticulitis as suspected. I think Dr Jackson and her staff dropped to ball are unprofessional and obviously did not care about all the years I saw her. Pretty sad!
