Since my father's passing (after my mother was already gone), I have been struggling for eight months with the accounting department. For one thing, they didn't close my father's account (under Alexian's contract) with Time Warner Cable and I had to deal with TWC directly in person to do so. They also sent an unauthorized debit to a closed bank account, incurring overdraft fees to me. Meanwhile, Alexian owes me money at this point for overbilling by their own admission, but they still haven't repaid me. My emails and phone calls are not returned by the ever changing staff, promises are not kept, and the whole situation has been exasperating. The administration is very disorganized and completely unprofessional. I can't believe I'm still having to deal with this so long after my father's death.

Really not absent but they have no one and refuses to call agency for assistance. The Executive Director is a pretend leader. She has no idea how to delegate or to take control and correct minor situations. I was hired to replace a person who was never informed that her job was being taken away from her. RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!! They have no CNA's or Nurses. They have a person who pretends to be the DON, and she has a horrible attitude. I feel so sorry for theses residents that has to endure these unacceptable conditions. It's was said that they were using cut up sheets to wash and clean the residents. A DON that has a solid background of being a leader is necessary. Offering the employees that are there an incentive to work overtime would be a great. Most of the staff that are helping have different credentials. That is definitely commendable. The blind is truly leading the blind. I'm so embarrassed to say that I worked there for a month. They have not even changed over to Whispering Hills officially. Some employees didn't get paid at times. There's other places that have shortages as well but, they treat their clients and employees some what better... Please find something else or go to school to get credentials.
