The woman who serviced me didn't say one word, but merely motioned to what she wanted me to do (for example; during the pedicure take my foot out of the water). They seemed to be rushing through my service, and they did my manicure at the same time as the pedicure... Which is not relaxing. I got clear polish on my nails, which started peeling later the same day I had it done.... And the polish on my toes doesn't look like it was applied evenly. Not worth $43. Usually i get almost…read moreexactly what i want and i have always felt like I paid a little extra than others but i put up with it because I got what i wanted with my bio gel. HOWEVER on June 14, 2026 i went to get my nails done with BIO-GEL for my Graduation the next day! Letting you know i do my own gel x nails at least once a month and they last forever and i am pretty good at them, but i wanted bio-gel for the summer so they lasted extra long. I went with my two friends and 2/3 of us got men doing our nails, nothing against it but we're both 13 and 14 so take that how you will. I assumed that everyone here was capable of the basics, application, shaping, design. I was terribly wrong. To start it off, my appointment was at 3, my nail tech, I believe his name was Jason, sat down at around 3:30 when my friends nail tips had been glued and filed by now. Not to mention i had multiple women walk past me and ignore me as i waited for a nail tech. Finally Jason sat down and i showed him my inspo. Which is the photo from Pinterest below this. He left for 10 more minutes to pick out the colours (blue and white). FINALLY he sat down with colours and began applying nail tips. I noticed he was putting on full nails instead of just the curved tips. I reminded him that i was getting bio gel and he told me "no no we'll do gel-X it'll get the shape perfect". I continued to tell him and asked him nicely multiple times and he wouldn't listen. The nail tech doing my friends nails as well as my friend also told him and he wouldn't listen. I gave up on asking because he just wouldn't listen so he started and i have done this style of gel X nails on myself and for reference it took me MAX 1.5 hours. Star nails closes at 5pm on sundays. He was doing my nails till 5:50 while i was sitting there as the last person there while other nail techs glared at me and it was SO humiliating, not to mention other nail techs coming by and judging the nails i DIDNT ask for. I am never going back 100%. Go to urban nails not to mention without tip these nails were $140!!!!!! INSANE PRICING! I got plain white bio gel short French tips one time..$120! CRAZY!!!!! Do not go here it's just overpriced mid nails with grown men and women judging teenage girls and women's nails.

The hair cut itself was a perfectly workable one, and the low cost made it worth it at first. Although further hair cuts continued to not meet my expectations of a certified trades person either, even for the price. I have since stopped going due to the quality of hair cuts not being that good.

Facials are all about the atmosphere, soothing sounds, smells and of course great great facials. Though the facial was great..that's pretty much where it ended. The table was just a table, nothing inviting..the music was music from radio and the other radio from main salon was coming through, the lights never dimmed. Then I went onto to Botox. Worst experience of my life. I told the young lady I only ever get 25 units, she insisted she wouldn't do anything less than 36 units and the end result, my eyes are so droopy, I can barely see out of them and I can't even put makeup on.
