I know she said she does weddings on the weekends too sometimes and she's a one person crew :) amazing! I cannot speak to her wedding photography but I have seen her portfolio and it's very nice work. She's very easy to work with and knows how to work with the little ones! Love how she works with the natural light, and I love how she focuses on the natural features of bbb! I am sticking to Danielle for his professional photos! (Meaning all the nice photos outside of taking them on my phone hehe)

She brought all of her equipment, her special lighting, her baskets, hats, cute headbands, space heater to keep the baby sleepy, and backgrounds. The session lasted about three hours and she was very patient with the various baby things, wet diapers, one feeding etc. She was very good at calming the baby and catching great photos. We also bought a few pillows and towels of various colors and she was very flexible to use some of the stuff we had. She was professional, warm, and skilled. She also posted our photos for download within four days. We were both very happy with Danielle and would highly recommend her!

On the website, it advises that the customer will have a say in how both of these are completed. While the quality of the photos are great, the way the wedding album was completed was not to my taste. The layout of the photo's were jumbled and they were in a strange order to me. Altho classic has an editing tool, it only allows me to re-size the photos , where I would rather delete them, select my own, and create my own layout. It's not intuitive nor easy to do. And, it has stopped me from ordering the album for myself and for my parents, because I really dislike how it is. Also, my highlight reel, full length, video, were done to a high quality. But my issue is with the music. It was done in a style that does not match my fiance and my tastes. And good music has defined a large portion of our relationship as well as was a major highlight for our wedding. Classic advised on the website that you could have a say in the music but I was never asked, prior to the video being completed. The music reminds me of a commercial jingle. And while three songs were blended together well, my fiancé and I prefer music that matches Neo Soul (Ex: Chrisette Michelle), Classic R&B (Ex: Brian Mcknight) , and Caribbean Soca (Ex: Kes and the band) as my family is from Trinidad & Tobago. When I reached out to classic, they did provide me with the site they get their music from. However, the majority of the music seems to be a fit for one demographic and is not very diverse. The few songs that are R&B and recognizable are old and still did not seem like a good fit. Also, you have to pay an additional amount of money to select certain songs as well. While I love the videos themselves, the music has made me hesitant to share it with family and friends because it does not fit my fiancé and I's personality at all. While I have been highly satisfied by the vendors and most of Classic's other's services. But in these areas where I thought there would be more selections and where I would be allowed to have more of a choice, things have fallen short of my expectations. I may have paid someone more to get what I wanted, had I known this. It has added extra work, and stress to me that I was hoping I would not have had to do, especially after doing so much work to plan my wedding. I may be creating my own album through another vendor, but that will be an additional costs and perhaps not as high of a quality as the one I have from Classic. I'm not sure what other resolution I can find for the music on our videos, that would not cost and arm and a leg to have someone else resolve as well.

I first had the pleasure of working with her for a friend's wedding in New Hampshire. She directed every moment of the shoot, creating a comprehensive selection of photos to capture every possible moment. Her photo culling and editing timetable was amazing and my friend had photos in just a couple of weeks. When I reached out to her on my own behalf, the situation wasn't as joyful. I was left in the lurch by my own wedding photographer and had several thousand raw, unedited, and frankly underwhelming photo files to wade through. Erika was able to take my photos and almost completely transform them with her editing work in a little over a week. I'd been waiting nearly a year for my original photographer to do the work and when he disappeared, I'm so glad Erika was the backup. Her pricing is amazing and her work is impeccable. I especially love how she organized your gallery into sections with highlights, getting ready, ceremony, and reception all in order. She's been a dream to work with, friendly, responsive, and professional!

She is professional, considerate, extremely talented, and punctual. Our communication was open and clear, she took the pictures we had wanted, and sent us our album very promptly, and the pictures were breathtaking. If you've seen her website, you know she specializes in outdoor weddings, and she absolutely does the best job. Tears were in my eyes as we looked through our album as I saw our garden wedding as a picturesque fairytale. As it was, the weather was SO hot but she kept her cool and did amazing work and never let on if she was uncomfortable with the weather (which if she did, I would have understood, but she was a trooper!). She set up her own shots with our favors and wedding items and everything looked like it was in a dream. If you work with Erika, you will definitely be hiring the best photographer in the New England area, hands down. You definitely won't regret it! Erika, thank you for making our day a beautiful memory! Your wonderful photographs will adorn our walls happily ever after!

A friend of my mom knew we were making this special trip and decided to hire Jim Wakefield of Perfect Reflections 2 for a in-home photo session. The plan was to combine the pictures he took with older photos from some of my mom's photo albums and put it all together in a professional photobook. Jim showed up on time and was extremely friendly and professional during the session. We discussed different options of what the final project would encompass and agreed that final pricing would wait till we had viewed and accepted the final layout of the completed project. After our visit with my mom was over and we were back in AZ we began email communication with Jim, including emailing him additional photos that we wanted added to the project. By the beginning of December Jim was waiting for my mom's friend to contact regarding an addition photo session with another family member and the project was on hold. On 12/12 my mom passed away due to complications of her health issues. With all that planning her funeral and administering her estate, communication with Jim ceased till early February. On 2/5 we contacted Jim and explained the reason for the lengthy delay and asked him to proceed with the project with the material he already had. We were told that it should take about a week and that he would email us a link so that we can view and suggest changes before it would be finalized. After not hearing from him for two months we contacted him again and he apologized and told is to look for an email in the next couple of days. This was the last time we heard from Jim.

He took a photo of our daughter in her dress against a professional backdrop, and we were told the print would be mailed to our home in about a week. It took SIX WEEKS to receive our single print, and it definitlely was not worth the $30 paid. It was one, 11"x14" photo that arrived in a manilla envelope without anything sturdy in it to support the photograph, so the photo was bent in a couple of places during shipping. The photo quality itself was *very* poor-- the image was grainy like the resolution was too low for such a large photograph, and the photo editing software used changed the appearance of the image so much, it didn't even look realistic/natural. I would've gladly paid the $30 for a smaller print if that would've made the photo better. Very disappointed!
