What i like about New Look in general is that you can get everything you want in one shop. Clothes, shoes, underwear and accessories and now they have mens and baby clothes it has everything. The range is also casual all the way to formal and party wear. What i like about this particular New Look is that it is huge, clean and always has lots of stock. The staff on the whole are really friendly and will help you locate stock. Sizing is quite good and now they have a larger Inspire range it is even better.

The clothes themselves are fairly nice and very fashionable - not always sure about the quality though. It seems to be mainly aimed at teenagers and children although there is plenty there for the older woman, but have to be prepared to look. I love their shoes which I find really comfortable, and very reasonably priced - as well as being fashionable. The only thing that bugs me is that I keep being asked at the till whether I want a loyalty card - if I wanted one, I'd ask!

Having said that Primark is great, and other stores i've been in have been very good and much more organised!

I love love love primark!…read more This a fairly big store and has everything you need! The clothes are cheap as is the underwear and accessories. People often comment that the clothes are not good quality but almost everything i have bought has washed up well and i have worn time and time again. However if you do get the odd item that doesnt wash or wear well it is not a major loss because of the cheapness. I often buy my summer holiday wardrobe at Primark with t-shirts costing between £1.50 and £3 and shorts for about £5. Flip flops and bikinis are also amazing value. I am not overly keen on the ladies underwear but my partner wears the boxer shorts and the black socks for work. The only downside to this shop is the queue's and the fact that it sometimes resembles a jumble sale! The queue's are massive and sometimes snake around the clothes! I would recommed going 1st thing in the morning when it opens and midweek, never a weekend! The staff are always nice and will always go out to the stock room to look for stuff for you.

I like next, some of their clothing is really good quality, plenty of items in stock this summer just gone, and no matter which store you go to in any city, it's always consistent really, offering the same throughout. This store is nice and large and offers all womens and mens range as well as little ones. Only thing i dont like, is the annoying catalogue person on the door asking you to join up and pay for a catalogue each time i go it, bin it next, and move on to the NEXT one!

I like the way it is laid out with the children's department on the ground floor with the womans wear. The home department could do with being a bit bigger as it seems very small for the size of the store. It is very clean and is spacious. The staff always seem to be working very hard to keep the cutomers happy and they are always very friendly and helpful.

I reckon zara clothing is aimed more at the 30 something market as the clothes in here are a little more sophisticaed, but i wouldn't say a better quality! I really like the items on offer in zara, but i've never actually bought anything from here, as im just not convinced on the price versus the quality. Plenty of larger taller sizes for those of you that are a bit taller then the rest of us!

I didn't know that there was a kids section at the very back until 6 months into it opening! It's hidden in the back left corner. They have the most adorable little baby outfits with shoes too! I found my son's christening outfit including shoes here and it was cheaper than Next! The changing rooms are large but there aren't that many so if you go on a busy day be prepared to wait! Its' on the ground floor of West Quay next to New Look. The styles change fast so if you see something get it as it's not likely to be there for long! Great place for cheap but gorgeous winter coats!

They always seem to have a sale on and a few bargains can be found. Their jewellery range is pretty extensive as is their shoe department.
