After an a/c leak soaked the carpet in two rooms, we called a nationally known company that does…read morewater damage repair and restoration. They started the job, and gave us a low-ball estimate before they came out and then tripled the estimate and said that was a minimum. They refused to tell us what the cost was based on or any other information. They wanted us to sign a contract that gave them a blank check. When we refused and demanded more info, they pulled the equipment out. We finally got a bill after asking 3 more times over 5 days that was high even though the work wasn't finished or done properly. After this run around and being over charged by the competitor, some one recommended Accutech Restoration. What a blessing! Accutech took steps to properly and thoroughly dry out the carpet and floor underneath by lifting up the carpet in the whole area where the floor was wet/damp, instead of just a small corner like the prior company had done. They didn't use more equipment than necessary (so they didn't overcharge). They also checked on the job daily, removing equipment when possible to further minimize the cost. Every person we dealt with at Accutech was extremely diligent and professional: the owners, the managers, the office staff and the guys who came to the house just about every day to check on the job's progress. They were nice and caring and HONEST. Accutech also handled re-stretching, re-installing and cleaning the carpet. Finally, the carpet was dry and looked like new. And the price for everything was the same as the first company tried to charge us, even though they had not completed but about 1/3 of the job. Overall, we are very happy with the work, and the price from Accutech. We gladly recommend them for any water damage restoration and similar work.

We set up an appointment for Brian to come to do an estimate...he showed up on time and walked through the house with us, explained exactly what the process would be and how they would do it. We have a large home, and he promised it would be done within one day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with...and he was able to schedule the job within a few days. I confess to being a "clean" nut...my home is always well taken care of, and when we told a few friends that we were going to have this work done their responses were all "but there's nothing wrong with your floors...they're beautiful". The Suncoast guys (Anthony and his Dad) did an absolutely amazing job on the floors. They moved furniture and rugs around and worked their way through the house quickly and efficiently, and they were courteous, polite and careful with all of our stuff. The work was done four days ago, and we are still talking about how amazed we are with the results. The house looks like we had new flooring installed! And, the friends who didn't think we needed to have the work done are also amazed (one of them has already contacted Brian to look at her floors). Sometimes it seems so difficult to find a reliable, knowledgeable contractor to do work...this experience has been nothing but positive. We also would recommend them 100%!!

In short, these previous tenants trashed this lease space with ink and other chemical-based stains. I thought to myself...there is no way in heck this tile, nor the bathrooms could be fixed without a total gut of the premises. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, he asked me if I knew anyone capable of addressing something of this magnitude as his goto cleaning company wouldn't take the job. I told the owner...Spot On was the company to call. Within 24-hours Spot On was there to do a walk thru on Friday afternoon and provided the owner a very reasonable (to me) estmate...and promised to complete the job over a holiday weekend. So it would be ready on Tuesday. When I arrived to inspect, I was amazed that they were able to deep clean years if ink stains and gunk....The tile looked brand new. The bathrooms were fit for the most critical critic...I honestly thought the bathroom fixtures were going to be replaced...but Spot On worked miracles. So much in fact, the owner of the office complex told me that he found a new cleaning company for all his properties. WTG Spot On. These guys do a great job for a great price. So much in fact, I have scheduled them to detail my yacht. Anyone reading this review and looking for an all around cleaning service that is very reasonable, professional and prompt should look no further. Give them a call...you won't be disappointed.
