Although I don`t go there as often as I should, I must relate the story of one and probably the…read moreonly waterproof heavy coat I`ve got? I took it round for the first time it had been there, a very tired well worn cloth, and left it in their good care, picking it up a day or two later. I did so but those wonderful ladies pointed out a spot on a flap pocket, I could not see, asking for another try to attempt to remove that darned spot, out out, pardon my Shakespeare, they did so ,not successfully, but I was more than pleased, that they did at least try.

DO NOT USE!!!! Absolutely shocking service, took my expensive designer top in to get a professional…read moredry clean and it was everything far from that!! They had SHRUNK the top for a Mens size Small to a 10 year old child size. When told them about the issue they admitted it HAD Shrunk but would not reimburse me!! IF YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHES IN TACT AFTER A CLEANING GO ELSEHWERE!!!!!

I used to visit this shop lots when I lived locally a few years back. They have extended it and…read moreit's crammed with stock which I have to admit is lovely with lots of different gifts and home wares. I visited today with my 4-year old daughter who was desperate to go to the toilet. I politely asked a member of staff who told me in no uncertain terms that they would not allow her to use their facilities. I find this quite mind-boggling that a shop would rather a 4-year old child relieve themselves in public on the pavement (which is what she ended up doing desperate times!!) than offer the use of their toilet for a couple of minutes. I won't be going back here grumpy, unfriendly staff to say the least!
