All I have to say about this church is that it is definitely Christ centered. In July 2006 my father relocated to NM. I was invited to attend a church meeting for worship and fellowship. ( it was, by the way, the first Sunday of the month so we had wonderful people and wonderful food). After not attending any type of church for decades, my father once again became connected to church and for the first time in his life... A church family. As time went on my father developed serious health issues and while being there for my father, the church was there for both my father and I. Pastor Kennedy and his wonderful wife showed up bedside while my father was in the hospital and he was there for pre-op with prayer and in moral support for me as I had to go this feat otherwise alone. While he was recuperating at home, I had infinite support. We had offerings for groceries and prepared food and although we weren't in need , I considered these offerings as gifts received because the offers came from Christ centered love. I will feel this gratitude till the day I cease to be on this earth. By the way, Mrs Kennedy brought by homemade bread which was out of this world! The respite, from Danny and the Clingers saved my sanity and that too I shall always cherish. Church members have gone above and beyond their Christian duties looking out for my father as my sister and I are in no position to relocate there or (at that time) bring my father back to Cali against his will. I am always praying for your church, and praising God for the infinite Goodness he's bestowed upon my family through the limitless support manifested in so many ways. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to step into NewLife in Belen for spiritual guidance, fellowship, and ian extended (church) family. It's NEVER to reach out to Godly people.
